My husband and my 2 kids, ages 10 and 8, bought icecream from this shop. Just at steping out my 8 years old child droped the icecream at the floor and started to cry. It was a small vanilla ice cream, costed 3 euros. I went back in the shop with him explaining to Daniele, the employee in charge the situation. This employee serving responded with a bad attitude saying: "what I have to do? Give him another one for free?" The child was crying the whole time. I had 3 more euros to buy another icecream for my son, but imagine If I didn't. We are literally speaking of a spoon of ice cream, the smallest one in the shop. I found all this situation extremelly unkind, unnecesary and lack of respect for the customer and lack of empathy for the children. Daniele please, improve your attitude with customers,...

Read moreWow, the best ice cream we had in Nice (read on for the flavours we enjoyed) and one of the few places you can order coffee as well. Service was friendly and felt personal despite the number of people served each day! Only a small number of chairs but they came available quickly. Dark chocolate was intense, as only top quality Italian ice cream can be. Ginger ice cream included spicy stem ginger pieces and delivered heat to the back of your mouth. Hazelnut was smooth and nutty unlike some generic and less flavoursome “noisette” ice creams. Our children enjoyed cookies & cream and chocolate & coconut. Many other flavours...
