I have to give 4/5. I am sorry. The waitress was very sweet and I didn't mind the super long wait really. She was obviously stressed. No worries. Here are the complaints:
The sandwich was filled to the actual brim with carrots. It's fine but the carrot to meat ratio was not good for +12 euro.
The napkin that she threw in there got soaked because they were... with the sandwich... Was impossible to use the napkins because of that.
Other than that... good. :) Food very low calorie which is always interesting. It was all seasoned very well also...
All-in-all 4 out of 5 because of the napkins :)
Side note: I know this is a very small and stupid thing... but she gave me a free drink because of the wait time. I gave it away but I already had a drink on me so it would be wasting food for no reason if it was given to someone who didn't feel comfortable giving it away. Read moreOverpriced, underwhelming and understaffed . Asked for a side portion of fresh fruit and received very small portion of obviously canned fruit with frozen blueberries with a few slices of banana. Politely returned before eating indicating it was not what I expected, but owner refused to credit the 5.5 euros charged with attitude claiming the fruit was fresh.
Also ordered Avocado toast which was made on basic plain store bought bread with prepackaged Avocado spread.
Given small kitchen and limited staff, our impression was that this small coffee shop cuts corners given lacking the time to prepare fresh, but you would not know this based upon their high prices.
Edmund Cafe next door was fantastic with all fresh ingredients, an in- house bakery and larger portions where we ate the next day was much better. It was worth waiting a few minutes in line...
