I will start with the good things, the receptionists are usually friendly. I think that is all. When we first arrived we saw that the facade was under reform, they didn't alert us about that! If I knew that I would not choose this hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights, the check-in starts at 3:00 pm. The first night we didn't have any big trouble but after we went to the floor where our room was located we felt a strong smell of cigarettes (very strange for us as this hotel is described as non-smoker hotel, so, pay attention for that if you hate that smell as we do ). The breakfast is not great but it is not bad either, however, for 12 euros per day I would prefer to eat in a coffee shop. Therefore, it does not worth it. The second night we were wake up by the workers scratching the facade, it was unbelievable, they did a lot of noise and also talked pretty loud. Again, the hotel did NOT warn us about that. Pretty disrespectful from their part. On top of that, the clean lady broke my bottle of perfume and they DID NOT reimburse me. They told me that after my stay they will contact me to discuss that, (I am writing this review after a week) however they did not contact me. After the second we went to have breakfast at the hotel at 10:00 am, we knew that the breakfast finishes at 10:30 am, so we thought that we would have time to eat and drink something. When we arrived there ALL the tables were dirty and they had almost anything to serve us, I went to the receptionist to complain about all the problems we were having and she just said "I can do nothing, it is finishing your stay", as a matter of fact, I still had 2 more night, so, half of the time there. To the record, we stayed in a superior double room. I think the "superior" word to describe that room was just a joke, that is no other explanation after all. In addition to that, the air conditioning was not working at all and also the toilet flush was not working properly (I also warned them about that, and they did nothing as usual). For the price which we paid (more than 531 euros) I expected much more or at least not having all those problems. That is by far one of my worse...
Read moreWe recently stayed at Hotel WYLD for 4 nights during our trip to Paris, and it turned out to be an excellent choice that greatly enhanced our experience in the city.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the accessibility and convenience of the hotel. One of the standout features was the presence of an elevator, which was a huge help when dealing with our luggage—something many Parisian hotels lack, especially in older buildings.
🛏️ Spacious, Comfortable Rooms
Our room was spacious—a rare find in central Paris—and came equipped with all the modern amenities we needed. It had air conditioning, a hot and cold shower, and best of all, a balcony that offered charming views of the beautiful Parisian streets. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or watch the city come alive in the evening.
🏙️ Ideal Location
The hotel’s location is fantastic. It's surrounded by quaint cafés, giving you plenty of local options for breakfast or a relaxed evening drink. It’s also very well-connected to public transport, with bus stops, transit lines, and metro stations just a short walk away. This made it incredibly easy to get around the city.
From the hotel, we had easy access to top Paris attractions such as:
-Notre-Dame Cathedral -Eiffel Tower -Panthéon And many other landmarks Whether walking or using public transit, everything felt close and convenient.
👨💼 Friendly & Helpful Staff
Another major highlight was the hotel staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out and were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality really added a warm and personal touch to our stay.
✅ Overall Impression
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Paris, Hotel WYLD is a fantastic choice. It offers a great blend of modern amenities and Parisian charm, making it ideal for both first-time visitors and returning travelers. We definitely plan to book here again on our next...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I stayed for one night (4/27) at this hotel before departing for our flight home the next day. When we checked in we took some things out, including my boyfriend’s laptop which he uses for work. It stayed in the room the entire time. After watching a show on it in the evening, I placed it under the bed, so not to step on it, on the right side, barely sticking out.
In the morning, we regrettably forgot to pack it and only realized we had left it in the hotel room when we arrived at the airport. Upset with having forgotten it, we were hopeful the hotel could hold it for us and could arrange to ship it. After calling to ask to check for it in our room, 26, the front desk clerk Marie, informed us it was not there. Confused, my boyfriend asked them to check the entire room, move the bed over etc. Quite frankly, it would be hard to miss seeing a 14 inch-sized silver hp laptop under the bed.
After a bit of back and forth calls from the airport, another woman from the hotel simply told my boyfriend they went to look through the room with the maid and didn’t find anything. The laptop has a GPS tracker (the battery is now dead) which showed that it was still at the hotel…
My boyfriend and I are very upset and confused at how his laptop has just “disappeared” and would like to further investigate with management. An otherwise nice stay at this hotel has turned our experience sour after...
