I stumbled across this little café tucked away off the main tourist track in Montmartre and noticed it was empty inside and out. The waitress explained that because of its quiet location, they don’t get as much foot traffic as the busier spots around the corner. That felt like a shame, because my experience here was fantastic. Even though I don’t speak a word of French, she sat me down and patiently helped me navigate the menu. The portions were generous, the food was absolutely delicious, and she went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience, answering all my questions and happily catering to my requests. What really stuck with me was her kindness, the waiter noticed I was charging my phone with a power bank and offered a wall socket so I wouldn’t waste it. A small gesture, but one that made me feel really cared for. Hands down, I’d recommend this café to anyone willing to take on the Montmartre stairs. It’s a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered.

My sister and I came here for lunch and did the menu pleine lune option, and was phenomenal. I had fois gras as the app, sea bass as main, and the chocolate charlotte for dessert. The presentation was just as good as the flavor. I highly recommend. It’s also slightly off the path of all the tourist spots, but literally around the corner and just less hectic. We chose to so inside bedside it was hot and muggy that day. They have air conditioning and beautiful murals on the walls. The service was impeccable as well.

Quality has gone downhill since the last time I visited ): today I went and ordered the exact same dishes I had a year ago, only for the quality to decline to drastically! I included pictures , the right side being the current dish and the left from a year ago. Very dissatisfied since this was actually the first restaurant I’ve ever been to in France! Service remains amazing, but sadly not what it used to be /: the chocolate cake remains amazing though 10/10 , but for foie gras or canard, I’d recommend elsewhere

This place looked cute from the outside. My wife wanted to sit down for a glass of wine and a snack. It seemed cozy and quiet, we were surprised that there were so few people in such a location. It seemed like quite the find. My wife went in to use the ladies' room, while I stayed outside looking at the menu.

When my wife went in, the waiter, who had greeted us outside was gone, probably in the kitchen. So she waited her turn in line to the bathroom. When the waiter came back he asked what she was doing (in English) and started kicking her out. She said we'd be having a snack and that I was outside looking at the menu. He said I wasn't "sitting at a table," so she couldn't use the restroom (I was texting my daughter and mother-in-law that we'd be having a drink in town to expect us late and wanted to offer them a cab to come and join us). My wife asked the waiter if she could use the bathroom, he switched to French for some reason and started kicking her out.

She came out and I came in, sure there was a misunderstanding. Unlike me, my wife doesn't speak French. But alas, the waiter was indeed screaming at her for having wanted to use the bathroom and we obviously didn't fancy spending an evening with him. No wonder there's so few people at the place.

Zero hospitality, zero respect for women. It's disgusting to see a man behave this way in...

I visited Paris and I can honestly say this was the best restaurant I’ve been to my whole vacation! The service was amazing and the location is perfect. it is located near all the main attractions and tourist sites of paris. the food is absolutely amazing and priced very reasonable. I recommend anyone visiting or living in Paris to try their food. The restaurant owners and employers are so friendly and welcoming and they will make your stay so enjoyable. It’s a 6 min walk from basilique du sacre-coeur de montmartre (a beautiful church/tourist attraction)! this is one of many beautiful sites that the restaurant is...
