This is a fantastic spot for authentic Chinese cuisine, offering some of the best Shandong (Lu) dishes you can find in Paris. We tried the steamed turbot (清蒸多宝鱼), seafood noodles (海鲜面), and the sautéed three delicacies (地三鲜). Each dish was bursting with traditional flavors, cooked to perfection, and truly captured the essence of northern Chinese cooking. Je connais ce restaurant depuis longtemps. La nourriture y est très bonne et pas chère. Cependant, il y a un procédé qui m'a vraiment énervé. C'est ma convive, chinoise, qui a choisi les plats. À la fin du repas j'ai montré ma carte bancaire pour payer. De manière totalement inhabituelle, la serveuse m'a demandé de venir régler au comptoir. Elle m'a donné la liste des plats et elle a tapé le prix manuellement sur sa machine. J'ai payé. En regardant la note dans le métro, nous nous sommes rendus compte que ce n'était pas les prix du menu. La caissière avait ajouté 0.50€ ou 2 € à chacun des plats que nous avions pris. Certes 6 € de différence sur une note de 46 € cela ne fait pas grand-chose. Même si ces prix-là avaient été affichés sur le menu, nous aurions choisi les mêmes plats, mais cette manière de faire est complètement déloyale et n'inspire vraiment pas confiance.
