We recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and polite, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit.

We ordered both the vegetarian thali and the chicken thali, and each dish was exceptional. The vegetarian thali was a delightful assortment of flavors and textures, featuring a variety of curries, palak paneer, and perfectly cooked rice. The chicken thali was equally impressive, with succulent pieces of chicken in a flavorful gravy that had the perfect balance of spices.

To our pleasant surprise, we were offered complimentary desserts at the end of our meal. We also opted to take some food for dinner later, choosing the aloo gobi and the Bombay fish. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Indian...

I wish I could give the staff here a “10,” wow! While I was walking by here, a man approached me asking for food. He chose to go to Royal Bombay, where I ordered him a sandwich. The staff went above and beyond: they gave him free bottled water and a dessert to take with him. They even generously offered me a fruity drink and a dessert to go as well.

I shared John 3:16 with the man through Google Translate, because this verse was the catalyst for these moments of love: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”

Because of God’s love for me, I was free to love this man. And seeing that act of love inspired the staff to show kindness too, going out of their way for two strangers. Hats off to the staff here for truly going above...

After spending four days in Paris and missing the spicy flavors of Indian cuisine, we were thrilled to discover Royal Bombay. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Shebin, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Not only did he offer us complimentary drinks and extra dessert, but his warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We ended up chatting quite a bit about his experiences and this beautiful country.

For anyone craving good Indian food in Paris, I highly recommend Royal Bombay. The food is delicious, though I would advise not to come with exact expectations of Indian taste—it's slightly adapted for the local palate, but still hits the spot! A great place with amazing service.

Thank you, Shebin, for making our...

The restaurant was top class. The staff were very hospitable and we chatted for a long time. They even provided us some complimentary drink and dessert. We got the veg thali and the chicken thali for lunch and got bombay fish and aloo gobi for takeout. There were several items in each thali, each of which was very well prepared. The ones I liked the most were the chicken tikka, the rice pudding, and the halwa. The bombay fish and the gobi also had great flavours. The spices were also just perfect! Finally, the restaurant had great interior decor as well.

The service is good, but as they have a lot of success with their take aways, there are a bit too much people in and out. The food is good, but short of spices. Their curry dish described with three chillies was very mild for me and my asian spouse, so their dish is adapted to french palates. The paratha is particularly well made though. The decoration of the restaurant is very indian but not that comfortable with heavy wood furniture. It feels the decoration and design needs to be rejuvenated. The price is correct. Overall a good restaurant, just.
