Baca'v Paris is a true gem nestled in the heart of the city, offering a remarkable dining experience that combines warmth, quality, and personal touches. Upon entering, you're immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere—intimate seating arrangements and soft lighting create an inviting space that feels like a home away from home. They even accommodated our reservation changes, which helped us out.
The handwritten board menus are a delightful highlight, reflecting the chef’s passion for seasonal ingredients and creativity. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, making it clear that this is a place where quality takes precedence.
The wine experience here is refreshingly non-pretentious. The server, who spoke impeccable English, displayed a deep knowledge of the wine selections, guiding us to a perfect pairing without the usual air of formality. This approach made the experience feel both accessible and engaging.
What truly sets Baca'v apart, however, is the exceptional service. Our server went above and beyond, taking the time to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed about our choices. This level of personal attention made the evening all the more special.
With amazing food, a cozy setting, and a fair price point, Baca'v Paris is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable dining experience without the pretension often found in Paris. Highly...
Read moreAt Baca'v Paris par Gilles Choukroun, the atmosphere is intimate yet lively, with soft lighting that enhances the restaurant’s modern, minimalist decor. You’re surrounded by the hum of contented diners, but the moment your chocolate crème brûlée arrives, everything else fades away.
Presented in a shallow dish, the crème brûlée boasts a perfectly caramelized top, shimmering under the light. The chocolate is dark, indulgent, and impossibly smooth, with a hint of bitterness that balances the sweetness. The vanilla ice cream, light and pure, adds a delightful contrast, each spoonful creating a harmony of warm and cold, rich...

It didn’t, the steak was a challenge to cut and chew… for the first time ever we left meat on the plate….. We told the waiter who did nothing. The mash potato that came with it was nice. I would not return based on...
