Excellent and friendly neighbourhood bakery with the best pain au chocolat we have ever tasted! Flaky and golden on the outside, so buttery, soft and flavourful on the inside, the chocolate well filled and smooth as velvet 😍 We also tried their other pastries, cookies and sandwiches which were also all excellent and fresh. Bonjour, J’habite dans le coin. Je n’ai jamais acheté dans cette boulangerie mais ce soir j’ai voulu rentrer pour acheter du pain et de croissants. Je laisse ce commentaire car ce soir je viens d’assister à une scène entre une cliente et les femmes qui l’ont servie, qui mérite un bon avis. La cliente devant nous, une femme très timide et gentille, qui parlait peut être mal français, a demandé de choisir le pain qu’elle allait acheter. (NB: Dans la boulangerie il y avait personne. Que cette cliente, et nous deux derrière.) La personne qui l’a servi a dit à sa collègue ‘de ne pas la faire choisir son pain, que c’était hors de question qu’une cliente demande ça, que si tout le monde faisait comme ça et bla bla bla’. Tout ca de façon très désagréable bien évidemment. La cliente s’est donc même excusée d’avoir posé la question et elle a accepté le pain choisi par cette femme.

Bien évidemment avec ma copine on est partie sans rien acheter après avoir vu cette scène tellement désagréable.

Un petit conseil à cette boulangerie : peut être vos produits sont top MAIS votre business n’est pas seulement de vendre du pain. C’est du relationnel !!! Traiter mal des gens gentils/ clients, ne fait pas partie de votre job.

Achetez plutôt une formation de bonne manière. A la Fnac, pour 4€ seulement...

The food here is great. My hotel was right outside the bakery and I visited the place many times. They had a wide variety of baked goods. They had lots of plain breads and really good desserts.
