We visited Bharath Restaurant in Paris hoping to enjoy some authentic Indian food, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The restaurant looked quite untidy from the moment we entered the tables were not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was poor. Even the cutlery and glasses didn’t look fresh, which immediately gave us a bad impression.
The service was also below average. The staff seemed uninterested and hardly paid attention to the customers. We had to call them multiple times just to get water or basic things. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not worth the wait. The taste was nowhere close to genuine Indian flavors the curries were oily, the rice was cold, and the portions were small for the price they charge.
We travel a lot and have eaten in many Indian restaurants around the world, but this one was truly disappointing. Cleanliness and hospitality are as important as taste, and unfortunately, Bharath Restaurant failed in all three aspects.
Definitely not recommended there are many better Indian restaurants in Paris where you can enjoy a proper meal in a clean and...
Read moreBharath Restaurant in La Chapelle offers a taste of India with a variety of dishes, including standout items like Dosa and Biryani. The Biryani was particularly flavorful, and the Paper Dosa was also excellent. Their Mango Lassi complemented the meal perfectly.
However, there are areas that could be improved, such as maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and enhancing customer service.
Overall, Bharath Restaurant provides a good dining experience with delicious Indian food. It’s worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving authentic flavors, but there’s potential for improvement in...
Read moreCustomer service is good. But the food is shockingly bad! I order beef rolls, they were not fried properly and cold inside. When I complained about this they simply microwaved it and brought it back to me think it was acceptable to serve it. I refused to eat it and request a freshly fried roll. I also got the beef biriyani. It smelt like it had gone bad but I gave it the benefit of doubt, which I really regret now. I have had explosive diarrhoea and severe stomach cramps for the past 2 days. The food they served was just food poison. If you also want to try Bharath Bomb you need to...
