An extremely disappointing experience where we felt CHEATED: Today we purchased 2 mutton Biriyanis as seen in the photo for around 24 euros as take away. There were barely 2 tiny pieces in one box and the second one had 3 similar pieces where one was just bone. They kept additional piece of fried chicken which we didn't order, but one is a medium size piece and the other just bone and no flesh. So what did we pay for? the rice (as clearly there is no meat to call this a mutton biriyani) ?
If the Biriyani was over and you didn't have enough pieces to add in the Biriyani, you could have told us to order something else as we came directly to the restaurant and placed the order. This is clear lack of respect and integrity and fooling the customers conveniently. Atleast if it was a uber/delivero purchase we could have got a refund.
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend...
Read moreChutney Bites has become my number 1 go to restaurants in Gare du Nord. It's a small restaurant which can handle 20 -25people max, I love their Proper south Indian style Thalis( fish thali, prawn thaloli and Chicken thali are my favs). If you are coming to Paris and wanna eat some good south Indian Chennai Style thali... this is the place to go... Food is good, the Ambience and service is also good. They also got Hyderabadi chicken biryani on Sundays. Good small places should be encouraged for providing good food- that's why this big...

Chutney Bites is my go-to place for delicious Indian food. Their Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, available on Saturdays and Sundays, is absolutely amazing. The flavors are rich, and it’s cooked perfectly every time.
