Bibimbap — Restaurant in Paris

It's not a Korean restaurant it's a fusion of Korean and IDK what.

I didn't want to write this review because I feel like I spent already quite a lot of time having dinner there but I would like to privent people who know what is real korean food is from having lunch there.

The essential part of all Korean meals is SIDE DISHES 반찬 that were not served. And for me it's the first red flag of the authenticity of the restaurant.

Personally, I think that the lack of a fried egg in Bibimpap seems like the cheap way to save up some money on the customer (reminder Bibimpap cost ~17€ ) as it is one of the main ingredients. The lack of it just makes the dish not complete.

Plus, the spicy sauce was not served straightaway.

The smell of the grub comin' from the Korean joint was enough to get my saliva flowin'. As soon as I stepped in, the decor was amazin'. The warm colors, the comfy booths, and the friendly staff made it feel both cozy and exotic. The menu was full of delicious options with unique flavor combos. Just lookin' at it made my mouth water. This place was very overpriced and did not feel like authentic Korean (from someone that has had dozens of Korean meals). The Bibimbap was very odd, and you have to pay extra for banchan and kimchi when you order BBQ which was disappointing and something we have never seen. This spot seems to cater to folks that have never had Korean food. There’s a lot better places in Paris, would avoid this one.
