Great Vietnamese restaurant. Tried the pho, spring roll and Bahn mi. They all taste really good. The pho is flavourful, meat serve is generous and the portion is very decent considering the price. The spring roll was made it order. Soooo fresh and fragrant and the Bahn mi was standing out. They lift it up to the restaurant level bringing attention to the details when filling it up. So tasty and flavourful. On top of that was the French baguette. Really really good and fresh. Great combination. Service is not super quick but this is to be expected when cooking to order. Have you ever wondered what an AUTHENTIC Bahn mi tastes like? One where they pack in flavour right to the very last bite? GO HERE. I told the waiter how good it was and he said his mother makes them. J’ai souhaité donner plusieurs chances à ce restaurant avant de rédiger un avis négatif. La cuisine est bonne mais le service est exécrable. L’homme qui semble en être le gérant n’a aucun professionnalisme : 1er essai : J’ai pris un plat à emporter. Attente trop longue pour un lok lak servi au final avec un supplément capillaire du cuisinier. J’ai demandé au gérant de me le changer : pas moins d’une minute après, il revient avec un soi-disant nouveau plat, prêt et emballé alors que le premier avait nécessité plus de 25 min pour être prêt…. 2eme essai : Sur place cette fois. Commande de 3 Lok Lak qui n’arrivent toujours pas au bout de 30min d’attente, une attente qu’on essaie de faire passer avec une eau de carafe imbuvable. Etant en pause déj. Et donc pressés par le temps, je me suis adressée au gérant pour voir où on était notre commande : Le gérant me répond qu’elle n’est même pas en cours de préparation… Au bout de 30 minutes ! Je lui explique que nous devons retourner travailler dans une dizaine de minutes et la sans excuses ou explications, nous avons eu droit à un simple OK, à l’information que nos plats ne seront jamais prêts d’ici 10 min et que ce n’était pas un problème si nous souhaitions partir.
