Bistrot XVIII - Bar Paris 18 — Restaurant in Paris

We reserved a table for 20:15 with a 50% discount on the menu. We arrived at the restaurant and were surprised when they told us that after all they were going to have to cancel the reservation because they were going to have a private birthday party. They told us this the moment we arrived for dinner. cancel. We asked if there was any possibility of eating in the place at a separate table, we were denied. They also mentioned that they had sent the people who were in the restaurant away. We walked through the streets looking for another place to eat and we passed by again when we noticed that no one left the restaurant and the people who were supposed to leave were still there, eating. So I have no choice after...

Very friendly service, and although an omelette was not on the menu they made one for me and it was delicious. Service was prompt, and caring. The decor may be rustic and not to everyone's taste, but you can't fault the quality of the food and the price. I would take friends here for an evening. The waiter spoke both French and English, so good...

Le Bistrot XVIII a l'amabilité de prendre des réservations pour des fêtes d'anniversaire et de proposer une happy hour prolongée. Malheureusement il ne semble pas avoir l'honnêteté de maintenir ses engagements et c'est pour cette raison qu'un avis Google s'impose.

Après avoir promis un tarif de 4€ pour une pinte de bière Stella de 20h30 à 2h et un accès à la playlist, l'équipe du bar a décrété "rupture de stock" de Stella vers 22h30. Ne proposant aucune alternative autre que d'autres bières à 7€, vin à 6€ ou cocktail minuscules à 8,5€, elle a ensuite eu l'audace de monter les prix de la bière à 10€ à partir de 23h30.

Si chaque entreprise reste libre de fixer ses prix, la pratique est digne d'une vile escroquerie et irrespectueuse des engagements pris auprès de clients qui n'auraient pas choisi ce bar autrement.

Enfin, si votre désir est de fermer le bar à 1:30 au lieu de 2:00, je vous invite à l'afficher comme tel sur Google...
