Our evening in this restaurant was just terrible. The service and timing. We arrived at 21:30, our first meal was served at 22:40, second at 23:40, then finally we got our dessert at 00:45!! Honestly it was so tiering that we didn’t even want dessert at almost 1am. We finished at 01:00, but it took another 40 minutes to convince the manager that we were only 14 people not 15 and the food was served for 14 not 15 people. By this time everyone was extremely tired and our evening was just ruined. No one apologized for the long service. NO ONE! Such arrogance!!! Secondly - the policy of the restaurant in my opinion is too strict if someone doesn’t show up! Meaning they still have to pay! Even when it’s only 1 person difference in a table of 14 people!!! And for this 15th person their wasn’t even a seat provided in the first place, the table was set for only 14!! Such a scam!! Looks like they are so loss making that they need to at the expense of their own reputation make extras on people - this is really cheep. In my opinion the restaurant should care more about its reputation and to be nice with clients especially big bloggers that bring the place 3000k from a table a night. Instead of being so cheep in service. So can you actually imagine they did force us to pay for the 15th person who didn’t even have a seat at the table!!! So so SO cheep! PLUS they took our cash left, didn’t even give checks to those poeple, making others over pay not only for the 15th person but also just because they hid the cash behind the caisse!!! In my world, this is very low customer service. And for sure we will never come back to Bonnie because of this again, and we won’t advise others to do so. When you come to a restaurant with such high prices (almost Michelin) you expect very good food, service and consideration. The food was really average, definitely not worth spending so much even for the view of tour Eiffel. This was a 100% scam! The worst expérience all of us 14 people have ever received in Parisian restaurants. We don’t advise anyone to go...
Read moreI had high expectations of this place after visiting it last year when I had a wonderful time. Yesterday unfortunately left a lot to desire. The place is undoubtedly beautiful but the waitress need training on how to treat customers. In this kind of place one expects an outstanding service. My husband who I planned to take for the first time was offered to taste the wine before chosing one but that never happened and he ended up having his steak without the wine. We got our starter really fast which was good but as soon as we finished there was our main. I wish we were given some time between stater and main. Then after finishing both we got asked if we wanted dessert which we responded no as we at that point had had enough. Without asking the girl serving us (same that forgot to follow up on her offer with the wine taster) put in a abruptly way the bill on the table. We had been ther for 1 and half hour. I thought that was extremely rude as we did not ask for the bill. Also on the food side my starter was good and my main - burger literally came with the meat, cheese and a burger bun on the plate. It looked most unappealing. I cannot believe that as a chef in such a posh restaurant that is how you plate. Also we had no access to the outside space where it's lovely to see the river and take some photos as they would not alow us to go out as they said it was cold and windy 🤔🤔. Shouldn't we have that choice. Overall the experience was not worth what we paid plus my non alcoholic drink was tasteless. I wld not recommended this place for a romantic dinner 😐 if besides the view you want to experience a fine dine with trained waitress. Bonnie please do better !!! Talk to your chef, serve food that people will leave with a waw effect and please train your personnel. I think they need to be a bit more professional. I am sorry but as I chose this place to celebrate an early bday it left me disappointed to...

As we had decided to have dinner outside, we came accross Bonnie. We called to book a table, which was alloted to us at 10pm. And we had a few questions on the phone before we went, and this is where it all started.
Asking for the timing to be anticipated at 9:30pm : NO. Never mind, understood.
We asked if the shared dishes would be enough for 2 people (simple question, isn't it?), and the answer given was 'No, you cannot share dishes here !'. But hold on lady, we never spoke about individual dishes, but the SHARING dishes, which are on the menu. And she went on with a beautiful...'Wait, I have a cutomer' (what are WE, then ? Second-class citizens ?). Then the receptionist-cum-waitress put the phone aside to entertain her customer and came back after some loooong minutes without even apologizing for having put us on hold.
And we had 1 more question, which was 'Do you have a car park facility ?'. She gave us a mono-syllable answer, and again put the phone aside to have a chat with a third party (without even bothering telling us anything this time).
Now lady, who was on duty on Tuesday, March 25th at around 8pm... Why do you work if you don't want to work ? There are thousands of people who would do a better job than you do ! So just leave your comfortable seat and give it to someone who would happily take it !
You actually unwelcomed us so well that you managed to make us NOT come. This is NOT what you are paid to do. This is a professional fault.
Let me teach you something : you represent the restaurant's image as soon as you pick up the phone or as you 'welcome' a customer. Go for a customer service training, quick, it is an absolute emergency.
So thankyou, but this place is to be avoided at all cost, as this is the kind of unwelcoming staff you'll get there.
I'm made to click on 1 star in order to post my review, so there you go, take this very...
