Boulangerie Eric Kayser - Bercy Village — Restaurant in Paris

This bakery is too hyped for what it is. Besides the food that is expensive and never fresh, they're always so unpolite.

Today in Bercy we sat to eat in one of the tables outside because there was a bit of sun, the waiter was very rude and said that we couldn't sit there because it was reserved for lunch only, but in a very risp way. We changed table and went to the tables nearby (in the shade and they are not even straight because the floor is not leveled).

Less then five min later other people sat in the same spot we were and they said nothing. The tables right beside us were full of pigeons, because it was not cleaned. By the time we left, both tables beside us were still dirty and so the pigeons came everywhere around. From the other reviews you can check that it’s always not clean. The pistacchio cake that I ordered was still frozen inside and the cappuccino was half milk foam.

It's really not good. I had already a bad experience with their sandwiches (just buy one and open it, it's 6eur and nothing inside) but I gave it a chance again because I've never tried their pastries. Just run away from this place, it's not a real Parisian bakery.

If you want a really good bakery, instead of going to Kaiser, go to l'Essentiel or Antony Boisson or Louvard , they're much tastier, the food is never frozen and it's about...

Super cute and cozy café/boulangerie within a shopping outlet, the whole area consists of small shops running along shut-down train tracks. The café is just 5-10 minutes walking distance from the main bus terminal Paris-Bercy and opens up at 7am, the perfect spot to catch breakfast if you arrive in Paris early or have some waiting time between bus connections.

They have breakfast deals like juice+hot drink+pastry for a reasonable price, but offer salad boxes, sandwiches and other snacks as well. The bread and pastries are freshly baked and taste really good.

Hier, lors de ma visite à la boulangerie/pâtisserie Eric Kayser avec une amie (le lundi 19 février 2024 vers 18h30), j'ai malheureusement été confrontée à un service décevant. En tant qu'intolérante au lactose, j'ai demandé à remplacer le lait dans mon latte par du lait végétal et à omettre la chantilly. Malheureusement, au lieu de recevoir une réponse courtoise, le caissier a réagi de manière désobligeante en faisant un rire peu professionnel. Me sentant obligée de me justifier sur mon intolérance il m'a répondu de manière sarcastique "ce n'est pas un examen, vous inquiétez pas" en rigolant de nouveau.

Je trouve important de souligner que ce n'est pas la première fois que je remarque un manque d'empathie et de professionnalisme de la part du personnel de cette boulangerie. Alors que je tentais simplement de personnaliser ma commande pour des raisons de santé, j'ai été accueillie avec un comportement inapproprié.

Mon intention en laissant cet avis n'est pas de discréditer l'établissement, mais plutôt de souligner l'importance d'un service client respectueux et attentionné. Je souhaite que cette critique constructive serve de rappel à l'équipe d'Eric Kayser pour améliorer son service client et encourager un environnement plus accueillant pour tous les clients, quelles que soient leurs préférences alimentaires ou leurs besoins spécifiques.

En espérant que cette expérience soit prise en compte et que des mesures soient prises pour garantir une expérience positive à l'avenir.
