I am Taiwanese, and this tasted EXACTLY like home!! A lot of foreigners don’t know this, but in Taiwan there are lots of fully vegetarian restaurants because of the Buddhist community, so all of the vegan dishes here are actually super traditional. As a vegetarian this is something I really miss while looking for Taiwanese food abroad, and I am so so happy I found this place.
