Chez les deux amis Durum — Restaurant in Paris

Ordered wrap with Chips. They served (picture below) said they ran out of chips, then proceeded to serve the people next to us full plate of chips about 5 minutes after. They were French we were English so we think they treated us differently from knowing this. Then they still charged us for the chips after and were raising their voice saying we don’t understand. We would have thought they would have refunded for the chips at least but they didn’t. I don’t understand how they thought it was suitable to serve this? They should have just left the chips completely instead. But clearly just wanted the money and didn’t care. The customer service was extremely bad and I never normally leave bad reviews but this service was shocking so I had to. And not to mention the wrap was also dry. Avoid they don’t care about their customers we received no apology...

Avoid! Awful experience here this evening with very poor customer service. Despite several empty tables, I was asked to move twice without explanation, even while eating. I felt pressured and rushed, especially when a group arrived and I was again told to move. It felt more like a fast food joint than a proper restaurant.
