I've been in a dozen wine bars, and I can truly say, that this is the best wine bar in Paris. It has a nice, warm atmosphere with friendly staff. The wine collection is awesome — big variety of everything for your taste, from bourgougne with delicate barnyard aromas to semi-sec sparkling ancestrale from Júra with mulberry. The bar also has some different appetizers like cheeses and jamon.
Service meets the highest point, as the team are professionals and kindly to anyone. Moreover, you can taste wine before ordering, with is quite good. Personally, I being lured with their Pinot from Fabien Coche. Hope I'll come back later to this...
