I’ve been many times to this restaurant with my husband everything were okay despite the restaurant is always busy and noisy the stuff speak really loud and they’re rude, we understand they have a lot of clients and we didn’t mind. Today I’ve been there with a friend, the new waitress (not the smallest one but also short hair )she’s insanely rude!!! We washed our hands we were eating brioche with bare hands, she gave us a stack of tissu told me in Chinese to tell my friend that he had something sticking on his shoe they need him to clean that off, they said it smell bad, my friend didn’t know what was going on, we checked it wasn’t dog turd it was some dark red thing we didn’t know what it was and it didn’t smell. I gave him the tissue he cleaned it off and about to throw it in the toilet and flush it off, suddenly four or five waitresses were all shouting at me in Chinese « You’re not allowed to throw it in there tell your friend to go throw it outside!» four or five of them were repeating the same sentence many times omg it was insane to be treated like this in a restaurant, it’s literally the first time like this in my life. Me friend didn’t understand what’s going on so I asked in French why I can’t just throw it in there and flush it they refuse to answer and reply to me in French that it’s not for them it’s for our own confort. EXCUSE ME?It was cold and my friend was with just a tshirt he got threw out of the restaurant and had to go find a trash can to throw the tissue which could be throw in the toilet and flush, and while we were eating with our clean hands you asked us to wipe the shoe, all of this is just for our own comfort ?Maybe after disputing in French, the taller shorthair lady lost her mind and forgot that I still speak Chinese, she said to her colleagues that I’m being so rude. At this moment my friend just came back from throwing the tissu I didn’t want to continue arguing, literally this experience and their behaviors were just unbelievable unacceptable and unforgettable. By the way we got a lot of more tissu which is rare to find in this restaurant, thank you guys for the tissu and the worse restaurant’s experience, it’s not difficult to understand why you treat your clients as badly but please there’s still minimum...

Such a worst lunch time here. Restaurant is very loud, waitress shouting at you, rushing you to order food, if you seat on the chair not good for next customer, waitress will let you change you seats, such strange. And the most important thing, they are not allow you to use Disposable chopstick when you eat in and demanding for this, otherwise they will shout at you to purchase, when you ask why charge disposable chopstick fee? Why the charging information not show on the menu, they have loads of reason to blame on you. Also the bill didn’t exactly shown disposable chopsticks fee, only showing OTHERS.
