Loved it here! Going through a few highly rated restaurants in Paris which didn't stay up to standard Horiz definitely did.

The staff is very attentive, caring you can tell they like their job which makes for a relaxed atmosphere.

Cocktails and Mocktales were nicely balanced fresh and pleasurable.

Eggplant accompanied the main dishes very well, nice tangy vinegary taste different from other oil/spice heavy Eggplant dishes.

Forbidden rice nice use of textures, the black rice is a lovely key feature. The dish is perfect if you don't feel like having any Sause "heavy" dishes, Very light yet still flavourful.

Sichuan-style spicy beef yummy yummy yummy, we scraped every last bit on the pan!

Hunan beef recommend starter! Balance between the beef and veggies was on point dish disappeared really quick.

Dan Dan Noodles, sichuan buzz very pleasant on the tongue not overly pungent beef and nuts all very well presented.

Mango sticky rice top pick desert! but both were put together very well. You can tell they have a good understanding of flavor balance and complementary tones, sweetness was well thought out, desserts tasted real and organic! More restaurants should take this approach when bringing dishes to their customers.

Therefore, it was a perfect ending for out dinner.

Mixed experience. The furnishing and the service are good. Waitress was very polite and speaks good English. The food, however, was a let down. I ordered two dishes: the eggplant and the spareribs. The spareribs were covered with a layer of fat which was not cooked away, so the texture of rubbery fat in the mouth was not pleasant. The eggplant was okay, but by far not the best Chinese eggplant I had, it was so overpowering and even pungent with the vinegar flavour, seriously lacking a balance with other accompanying flavours.

It’s interesting to note that after I complained about the fat on the ribs. The chef replaced the dish with a chicken dish with a similar cooking method: deep fried and covered with sweet sour sauce. I would say the chicken was better than the ribs, but again overpowering with that vinegar flavour.

Overall, I would say not a bad experience taking into account of good environment...

Le meilleur restaurant que j’ai tester Ă  l’heure d’aujourd’hui, au delĂ  du cadre magnifique simple mais Ă©lĂ©gant l’histoire du restaurant est belle ! Un chef de 20 ans qui sors des plat irrĂ©prochable et parfaitement rĂ©alisĂ© ça c’est ouf 
 ! Si vous avez de la chance vous tomberait sur son grand frĂšre Alexandre qui a bien des talent lui aussi, je pense que ma rencontre avec eux a embelli mon expĂ©rience chez horriz :) on ressent une authenticitĂ© une forte envie de partager et une simplicitĂ© qui est juste magnifique quoi !!!!

Chez horriz c’est comme Ă  la maison en entrant on a une vague de bonne odeur qui nous titille les narine et des flammes plein les yeux grĂące au serveur qui flambe la spĂ©cialitĂ© de la maison “ le poulet flambĂ©â€. Autant dire qu’aprĂšs avoir passer la porte on a hĂąte d’en voir plus â˜ș la carte est complĂšte et il y en a pour tout les goĂ»t, carnivore, vegan, gluten free
 de quoi trouver son bonheur ! Et c’est super abordable au niveau des prix On retrouve de la vrai et belle cuisine chinoise, pas celle que l’ont vous vend trop grasse trop sucrĂ© trop salĂ© non !! On a du goĂ»t et on en redemande ✹ Personnellement j’ai taper fort en prenant une sĂ©lection de divert plat et entrĂ©e:

le bing Les aubergine mariné Le tempeh frit au 10 épicé Les légumes sauté au miso Les pùtes du bonheur Aubergine chinoise hongshao

Le bing est une crĂ©ation de la maison, d’apparence ça ressemble Ă  des tacos mexicain mais Ă  la premiĂšre bouche on a un dĂ©licieux jeu de texture entre le croustillant et l’élasticitĂ© du du bing ( base riz ) qui est super agrĂ©able!!! Le bing vege est excellent est feras aimer le tofu a n’importe qui â˜ș Le reste des entrĂ©e Ă©tait tout aussi savoureuse si vous aimer la dĂ©couverte tourner vous vers le tempeh frit, personnellement je suis une trĂšs grande fan et je chercher dĂ©sespĂ©rĂ©ment un restaurant oĂč je pourrais en trouver.. ici je suis servie ! Je vais parler de mes coup de cƓur mĂȘme si concrĂštement tout est trĂšs bien exĂ©cutĂ© et dĂ©licieux les pĂąte du bonheur sont sortie du lot !
