Xing Fu Tang — Restaurant in Paris

Im a regular client in xingfutang pyramides and châtelet one. Been here 2 times and both times I regretted. Never again. Both times I took the number 9 classic cream brûlée brown sugar. The tapioca bobbas were so hard it had almost no taste. And the most disgusting part is the drink tasted like a mixture of medicine and the floor cleaner that the worker had freshly cleaned with. I have no idea how they’re able to completely change the taste of the usual drink on top of that to make not drinkable. I threw it in the trash both times. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable I get that it’s the closing but so am I paying the whole price. Rather than making me this weird potion they could’ve flat out lied to me saying they’re out of stock or sth. Atleast i wouldn’t have wasted my money. Xingfutang Paris 3 never again. Never have I ever tasted a drink...

Drink was not that tasty, the brown sugar boba milk taste like literally the milk only. And taro & red beans were not tasty at all, they put 2/3 milk inside tho. But the tapioca is super yummy! Waited almost half an hour. The staffs, a tall guy & a lady were really slow and did not make how we requested. We wanted with ice but they didn’t put any ice inside but we could not complain because they were having troubles putting the lids on other drinks. Got a 2 Crème brulée BT's (Matcha & Chocolate), which were good but I had asked for ice in mine to make it cold but..didn't get any. The service was good, as my friend and I we're the only 2 customers there, but we received the most silent customer service I've ever experienced. It's like they didn't want to talk, we told them what we wanted and there was no smile, no hello or goodbye, very cold people working there. Could definitely do better, sad, but I give it 3 stars cause it wasn't...
