I was very curious about this restaurant, unlike other restaurants that have a lot of dishes and options, in Song heng you only have phở and bò bún, but there are still a lot of queues. I arrived at 15:15 and waited in line until 15:23 but the bowl of pho I ate was the last one (although the resto closed at 16h), in general if the soup as the last, it would be a bit salty, due to the thickening process of the soup, but not the same in Song Heng. The soup is still very delicious (clear), try leaving some soup after eating it, the water is still not salty even the soup was gonna cold ! ding ding🛎 sign of a good broth! i'm vietnamese i've eaten pho in vietnam with north and south style but at Song Heng, they dont need to do exactly the style in vietnam, they create in their own a style pho that you will remember and want to come back!! I live in district 13 ( district of asian) so there are alot of Phở resto but I go to this area (about 40minutes) just to eat pho. About Bò Bún, will make my comment longer 😂 I bought Bò Bún to take home, although the “nem” are soft (it took 3 hours after bò bún was prepared) but very delicious i think if you dine in, it must more delicious, the sauce really reminds me of the dishes I eat in Vietnam, mix well and the first bite made me say : it's really similar to what I cook at home, or my mom or my aunt cooks it, it tastes really homemade. Although there are so busy, but the owners are friendly. They don't rush you to eat quickly to make place for people waiting in line like some other crowded restaurants, i think they cook from the heart and welcome guests too!❤️ thanks Song Heng to sell the tasty dishes , it deserves to your time to go there, to wait and...
Read moreIf you miss PHO restaurants while traveling in Paris, visit this delicious little restaurant. Although it is a small restaurant with 4 tables that can seat 4-6 people (Total 24 people), the only inconvenience is that you can sit at your table according to the order you wait. The restaurant is small so you will have to wait at least 30 minutes.
The menu is very simple. However, you can also order dumplings other than the menu posted on the wall.
If you don't want to wait long but are curious about the taste, you have two options. If you go alone, you can go in and ask if there are any seats left in the restaurant and join another table, or you can order takeout by paying cash and waiting outside for about 10 minutes.
This is a restaurant I never forget to visit every year when I visit Paris. Among the many pho restaurants I've tried in Paris, the broth is the cleanest. A few years ago, the owner was an older person, but this time the owner changed to a younger person, but the taste was the same.

Read moreI went to Paris for 4 days and I ate here 2 times! The Pho was huge and the broth is flavorful and sweet from those bones and so good! My favorite would be Bun Bo tho because every bite I had was full of flavor and freshness from the fresh vegetables, i normally don’t eat fresh mint leaves but this dish has a place in my heart. My boyfriend who never had Vietnamese food said ‘it’s the most healthiest breakfast I ever had’ 😂😂 it’s just so good and the beef in both Pho and Bun Bo are just chef’s kiss, so soft and tender and flavorful and just sooo good. The spring rolls are freshly made and fried and cost 1€ per piece, like are you kidding me?? I went to some random street food stall and paid 6 euro for 3 spring rolls that were a frozen and not delicious at all, this place is a gem, I recommend to arrive at the restaurant around 11.10-11.20 a.m. and you will get in the restaurant so quick or maybe the first round of customers ☺️ P.S. The place is small you have to share the table with other people and the bathroom...
