Un nouveau restaurant authentiquement italien et même romain. Carte courte mais avec des ingrédients de haute qualité et une grande précision en cuisine. Ne ratez pas la délicieuse mozzarella fumée artisanale avec ses légumes marinés, la parmigiana (selon le jour) ou les excellentes pizzas romaines toutes fines qui nous changent des pizzas napolitaines disponibles désormais partout. Coté vin la aussi une carte courte mais au très bon rapport qualité prix. Notre choix en vin rouge s'est porté sur le vin toscan léger et très fruité, le Nero d'Avola est également très bon en un peu plus charpenté.
