I didn't like it at all. I ordered shakshuka, sweet potato and cappuccino - of all this, only coffee was acceptable. The sweet potato was not tasty and almost tasteless, it was served with mayonnaise that tasted old. Shakshuka was also not tasty, the vegetables were sour and spicy, the egg was too runny inside.
I also did not like that the tables were too close to each other. Our things (a backpack, a small purse and a jacket) were lying next to me when the waiter asked me to put them away, but there was nowhere else to put them but on the floor. When people sat down at the next table, the woman touched the water on the table and my hand - the tables are so close!
Also, about the water, when we were seated at the table, there were two dirty glasses on it. The fact that they were dirty was visible even when standing, I asked them to be replaced. Others were brought to me, but not much cleaner. In this place, it is obvious that they do not know that the dishes should be clean. Similarly, the water bottles they serve are also dirty and old, it is unpleasant to drink that water from them.
And in the end, when we left (after paying, of course), the staff didn't even manage to say goodbye, no one just paid attention. If you are used to normal service, then do not waste your money and time...
Read moreAfter reading such raving reviews, I'm sad to say our experience at Clint was very disappointing. My friend ordered a vegetarian burger, which lacked flavors and was quite dry. She asked to swap the regular French fries for sweet potatoes fries saying she was OK to pay a premium, but we discovered on the bill that they just removed the regular fried from the burger plate and charged the full extra for the sweet potatoes fries. Our other friend said her Benedict eggs were very basic. As for myself, I had the avocado and bacon with poached eggs on English muffin, I could barely taste the guacamole and one of the eggs was overcooked. We took extra servings of fries with cheese and bacon, the only great thing there were the thin cut fries, those were really nice! The service was quite poor. On top of the fries incident above (where they actually didn't come with the solo burger but we had to ask for them), there was no salt pepper or sauces on our table, water and drinks came late, there was a mistake in our drinks. Finally, the place was cold and noisy. Let's say that it's one of these "hip" places in Paris where in the end you meet a very young crowd happy to stay in line for...
Read moreClint is a charming breakfast and brunch spot near the Gare de Lyon in Paris. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to start a family day.
The service was top-notch - the staff were pleasant and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
As for the food, it was truly exceptional. The milkskake orea, nutella was creamy and divine. The hashbrowns were delightfully crispy, adding a satisfying texture to each bite.
The le brioche pain perdu was incredibly tasty, with a delightful balance of flavors. But the standout dish was undoubtedly the eggs benedict with salmon - it was exquisite.
Overall, I highly recommend Clint for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch in Paris. The combination of the cozy atmosphere, pleasant staff, and exceptional food make it...
