The food was truly excellent – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. It could have been a wonderful evening overall.
However, the organization left a somewhat unpolished impression: just 15 minutes before opening, chairs were still up on the tables, and right after the doors opened, the staff were still setting things up. This gave the feeling that the place wasn’t quite ready for guests.
In addition, the team setup didn’t seem ideal: one staff member had to handle the entire service alone – welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks – which she managed impressively well. Unfortunately, she didn’t receive much support from her colleague behind the counter, who appeared rather disengaged.
Still, I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars despite the organizational issues. The reason is simple: I have a background in hospitality myself and know how hard the business can be.
