Unfortunately, my visit to this sushi restaurant in Paris fell short of expectations. Despite having booked through The Fork to take advantage of a 50% discount, I was told at payment that the discount did not apply because we had chosen from the menu—a condition that had not been clearly explained beforehand. The quality of the food left much to be desired: we ordered two ramen, but found the broth to be flavorless and the noodles overcooked. Hygiene also did not seem to be a priority, with sticky cutlery that is hardly the presentation one expects at a place meant to celebrate the finesse of Japanese cuisine. A newly opened Japanese restaurant with great vibes! It is very convenient, not far from Pompidou! Just 5 mins walk away from the. The owner is very welcoming and provided useful and detailed recommendations for dishes. I highly recommend the stir-fried udon and lychee soda; and the vinaigrette on salad was also delicious. The ingredients were fresh as well , especially the taste the rice of sushi and salmon. The prices are very reasonable and offer great value for money. the macaron they served freely after dish also tasted great. The restaurant is quite spacious, and the private rooms downstairs are perfect for group dining. I would recommend here to any visitors and can’t wait to come back and try their soup...

Good sushi rolls. Fresh ingredients. Expensive without the fork discount, but correct prices with it applied. The atmosphere was a bit weird, it was very quiet and we could hear music coming from inside the kitchen, whereas there was none playing in the restaurant. The only real issue I had though was the cleanliness of the toilets, it was horrible and really threw me off. Both the women's and men's bathroom were dirty (I don't want to go into details, but it wasn't a simple tissue on the floor type of situation).
