I don’t recommend at all. My mom and I (tourists) visited this restaurant on April 14th. There was a waiter standing at the front. We said Hello and asked if they had pizza and he just looked at us without saying anything(rude) Eventually my mom and I decided to eat there and they gave us a table. The waiter seemed very shy and awkward and we couldn’t understand a single word he said because of how low his voice was. We both ordered pizza. I asked for the Falstaff pizza that includes jambon de parme. He brought our food and I started eating, but soon realized my pizza tasted like fish! Guess what, they had got my order wrong. Even though I hate fish I decided to just stick with it. At some point I couldn’t eat it anymore cause it looked gross. We decided to pay. It was the same waiter. He was really slow and seemed inexperienced. My mom was counting the coins but got confused, so he asked the waiter to pick the right amount himself. She gave him all her coins but he thought that it was a tip, so he put all her coins in his bag. Not knowing the exact amount she had given him, now all her coins were gone. He asked another costumer how much he had to pay us back. I was so frustrated! My mom got really angry too so she said just keep the money to yourself. I will never...

Reviews do not change the world, yet if I can spare someone from the worst service ever ( in my 20 years/more than 10 times in Paris), it is worth it.

Do you want to how to annoy and lose customers, have them to leave the place asap and ensure they never come back? Ask Shaima.

Rainy day, after hours after a busy work day was going well, we were just chilling out, catching up, having a good time until rushy-McDonald's Shaima destroyed it. I will not bother to share the details on how bad and disrespectful service was (it may be normal for others) - yet, I will only mention that Shaima's abrupt and rush wanna-get-rid-of-customers style would have caused the restaurant a loss of EUR 80 if not for our good will. Never ever coming back or passing by Falstaff - Shaima can have all tables customer-free. We feel sorry and would like to express our gratitude to Alfredo for his friendly kind service (the EUR 80 spend) before Shaima anihilated the experience for less...

Absolutely appalling all around. The food was awful: tasteless, undercooked, and clearly prepared from frozen. The “Croque Madame” I ordered was in fact a slice of ham, some barely melted cheese, and undercooked eggs slapped onto a stale slice of bread. The service was shocking: slow, rude staff, and an embarrassing inability to deliver. When we asked for tap water, our waiter refused our request, instead charging us for a bottle of water whilst serving other customers around us tap water when they asked. He made rude, peculiar remarks throughout our meal, including commenting on the length of my friend’s nails (?). Our food took ages to come - by the time mine came, my friends had finished eating. When we asked for the bill, he was so slow I eventually had to get up and demand it myself. Overall a horrific place - I absolutely would...

Very disappointing dinner. I got the plat du jour, magret de canard à la sauce miel et framboise avec de la purée. It sounded and looked delicious and the sauce had a good taste, but the overall meal was disappointing. The purée was cold at the bottom, suggesting it had been in the refrigerator. Worse was the duck. I was surprised that they didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked. As it turns out, it's because the duck breast was pre-sliced and was just fried up, as you can see, each slice has cook marks on the "interior" not just the outside of the cut. This resulted in tough, dry and overcooked. It was not worth eating. I've never heard of duck breast being sliced proir to being cooked and there is evidently a reason why. Avoid unless there's nothing else.

Falstaff was one of the first restaurants I visited during my stay in Paris. I'll admit that the restaurant does have a somewhat "touristy" vibe, but they're in an excellent location and have a variety of food options. Ordering in English was not a problem; our server was friendly. We had some wine and cocktails on happy hour (fair price for the area), a croque monsieur and a pizza. The sandwich was a let down but the pizza was fantastic. I especially loved the red pepper infused oil. I'd definitely return for the pizza and a spot on the patio to watch the city move.

I started with the escargot, which was absolutely delightful—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. For the main dish, I enjoyed mussels paired with crispy French fries, and everything was simply delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and truly satisfying. What made the experience even better was the service. My server was incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal in a warm atmosphere!
