My wife and I had breakfast in this place for 3 times . The first one, everything ok, service and food were as expected. Second time, things were not at all good. Having to wait more than 15minutes for a croissant and a slice of bread is everything but normal. Apart from that those âgeniuousesâ brought the coffee almost at the same time we order. Result, when the bread and the croissant came it was cold. The third time (because in believe in second chances) was more of the incompetence of the second. The tattoed employee brought the coffee and the orange juice and âforgotâ the food. We complained and the âfigureâ brought 2 hot coffees. No apologies, for them this is absolutely normal. For us it is not. The cherry on top of the cake was the bill. We asked our âcompetentâ tatooed waiter, twice, and nothing happened. This waiter is a must (for their competitors). However a colleague of this citizen, misplaced for this Lady showed an usual competence for the place (do not know her name, but she is slim and tall) brought us the bill and apologized for the lack of professionalism of the colleague. All in all, at least for breakfast, is a place to avoid. Regarding the Lady that served us well, we only have one suggestion, get out of there asap. The tatooed fellow should invest in training on how to attend customers, otherwise as he is still young, should think about a new career without direct contact...
Read moreWorst drinks. Ordered a Moscow mule, itâs not with any fresh mint or lime in the glass and it was served in a wine glass. Also ordered a mojito and it was flat and terrible. Had to argue with the bartender and waiter who then asked me to pay for the drinks I only had taken one sip of. Iâve had this drink in many high end bars from Dubai to other places in Paris, NY and never had it been like this but the waiter seemed to know better. Honestly the bad taste is still here 15 minutes after. Canât wait to get a proper drink to flush the bad taste away.
Response to your response: My boyfriend did not like his mojito which was really bad and you should have offered both to be free and not for me to ask for it. Itâs called service. Your cost per drink is like a euro anyway. I know how a Moscow mule is made. Donât condescend me. It is properly made with a higher grade of vodka, fresh lime and I know the lime and mint is mostly decorative but the copper cup is not. If you canât make the drink then donât offer to make it. There are many cheap and fast premixed drink solutions which are decent as a dark and stormy or rum and cola. Iâm not a bartender but Iâm quite sure I know more about drinks than you. Anyways you had a chance to be nice replying to this review and you failed. I have my own marketing agency and know the value of good reviews - hint they are worth more...
Read moreServer mixed up our order and tried to give us different food from what we ordered. The servers knew the wrong food came out (since the one who brought it out of the kitchen didnt want to bring it to us) but he tried to pass it off to us as if we ordered it anyways and hid outside trying to avoid contact after dropping the plate off. After telling him he brought out the wrong meal, he went to the back (literally 6 feet from us) and laughed with the other servers that he wasn't able to swap the wrong order with us. I understand trying to minimize costs for your restaraunt, but you can't do it at the direct expense of your customers.
While its not a big part of the whole eating experience, small actions like this can be quite upsetting as they're trying to pass their mistakes onto unknowing tourists. It puts a bit of a damper on the whole meal and I hope they can be better than that.
The food is average, but I would not recommend coming here based on my own experience. Please don't let people like this take advantage of you if you're not from...
