It's one of the best vegan burgers I've had in Paris. It's always busy with vegan and even non vegetarian peeps who are trying to find out if their patties are really vegan or not. As the taste of their patties is really good and meaty. The burgers are super soft and juicy. You can choose from 4-5 varieties of sauces and toppings that they offer. I tried the burger called le touriste which had a peppery sauce with tomatoes, pickles and caramelised onions. It was really delicious. Just had one problem with the place, which was thier seating space upstairs. It's a small cozy space but as we went there on a hot summer afternoon the seating area was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The heat from outside and thier kitchen downstairs was accumulating upstairs and making us sweat. If it had been a bit cooler I'm sure people would have stayed longer and had more to eat, well I definitely would have. I know it was a hot summer day in Paris but Just some feedback for the owner and staff, I understand its not a deliberate thing but definitely worth noticing. Having said that I understand the same seating space would be much cosier during winter time. The staff and service were good and quick. However all said and done Hank does some really good vegan burgers and I will definitely visit again....

This vegan fast food restaurant really exceeded my expectations.

On top of the various options of burgers, which are basically different fillings, you are able to choose the regular vegan patty or, for a couple of euros extra, a Beyond Burger patty. You order and pay at the counter, then they call your order out when it's ready. There's a little seating downstairs and more upstairs, but when it gets busy it may get a bit crowded (the were only 2 tables free when I went for dinner on a Wednesday night). Alternatively, you can order takeaway.

I opted for the La Catcheuse burger with a Beyond Burger patty and the overall flavour combination of the burger with the fillings and sauce was delicious, much better any large fast food chain. It definitely doesn't make you miss a non-vegan burger. The burgers are also served in a wrapping paper that you unwrap and use to hold the burger whilst you eat, helping to keep your hands clean.

Service is friendly and fast, and the restaurant feels...

Hank Burger Food** We really enjoyed the burgers here. We ordered the L’allume and La Catcheuse. The burger was well made and consisted of many vegetables together. Sauces were interesting and ingredients went well together. We found out after the fact that you can also substiture their homemade burger for a beyond meat burger. We also order the potatoes which were good but nothing special- they satisfy your fry craving and taste healthier. Lastly, we rarely get dessert, but we couldn’t resist one of their tempting desserts. Here they took the cake with their chocolate brownie! Absolutely delicious, and they even achieved a gooey melty inside - YUM.

Service ** The cashier spoke English well and was helpful with menu questions. You place your order and then they call your name when it’s ready over a loud speaker.

Atmosphere * The place is very cute, but it gets very busy here and the space, even though they have two floors, is very tight. General vibe is young hipster...

Very lovely people, vegan food and decor. Definitely come hungry! When I stepped through that door for a moment I thought I was in Shoreditch 😁 the folks were super helpful with my attempts at French and we managed to order two burgers (a tourist and the BBQ one) two potato wedges - one covered in sexy, sexy cheese - 2 beers and 2 juices. We spent around €30 in the place but expect to leave waddling 😋 free Wi-Fi is provided for you workaholics and instagrammers but I did not pick my phone up once until I had demolished the entire meal. My boyfriend already took a chunk out of his burger before I managed to snap a picture. There are a few seats downstairs and many more upstairs. The food was done in about 5 mins after ordering and there is one toilet facility on the premise. I really enjoyed their selection of sauces provided, especially the spicey mustardy horseradish one. You'll know it when you taste it
