First of all, the service at Farm Café was terrible. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and stressed. One of the staff members, a girl with glasses, acted as if she wanted us to leave, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were not welcoming at all, which set the tone for a very bad experience.
The food was no better—it was cold, tasteless, and far below any acceptable standard. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with croissant, and it was absolutely horrible. It lacked flavor, and I couldn’t even finish it. I also tried the cinnamon roll, as I heard it’s supposed to be famous here, but it was disappointing as well. I couldn’t even finish that either—it was that bad. On top of it all, the food was ridiculously overpriced for the poor quality.
This was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had in Paris. The service, food, and overall experience were all terrible. I definitely do not recommend Farm Café to anyone, and I will never go back. Save your time and money and choose another...
Read moreVery poor, insufficient service and uncomfortable high noise level The short queue in front of the Café might be due to the fact that on a Sunday afternoon there was no other coffee shop in the neighbourhood open. Already when entering this Café in the afternoon the service was very arrogant: in front of a loudspeaker with very noisy club music at the entrance we were asked if we have a reservation. I couldn’t simply acoustically understand the waiter. He seemed very ignorant. We were seated with a comment that we have 45 minutes than the table is booked. It was hard to even order a coffee. It took us almost 20 minutes because the service was almost ignoring us given that there were a lot of stuff around, but nobody really cared about new guests. We just ordered a coffee. Given the very loud and intense music in a café in the afternoon, communications was not possible. We felt really uncomfortable and we cannot recommend this...
Read moreWe had a great experience at this brunch place. What distinguishes it from other brunch spots is the location, it’s located in the Cité de l’Économie, a luxurious museum that was once a private palace, with French-Italian-German architecture that will make you feel like you’re travelling back in time. The buns are their speciality and they’re delicious and highly recommended. But what will make me come back is the people working there, we had special requests and they were not only accomodating but also super friendly and fun people. Thank you for this experience! Get a reservation and go there with...
