Food: 5 Stars One of the best pasta and pizza ever tasted. Pasta was just nicely cooked and seasoned. Pizza was crispy at the side and tender juicy in the middle. Highly recommended. Environment: 5 Stars Seating arrangement was comfortable and spacious. Ambience was also cozy and not noisy, with very soothing vibe. Whole place was esthetically decorated. Service: 5 Stars The waitress was attentive and responsive. Location: 5 Stars Strategically located between Gare du nord and Gare de I'Est stations. Very convenient for travellers. De base je ne suis pas de Paris mais je suis là qq jours. Je connais très bien l'enseigne parce que j'ai l'habitude d'y aller dans ma ville et c'est toujours excellent et abordable ! Je prends toujours la margherita di buffala mais j'avoue avoir été déçue cette fois ci. Le monsieur qui m'a acceuili était comme " blazé " malgré mes tentatives de sourire et d'être sympa mais pas moyen de lui décrocher un sourire...je demande de l'eau plate comme d'habitude et il me sert une petite bouteille d'eau à 2.30€ je m'attendais à avoir une carafe d'eau gratuite comme dans ma ville .. Peut être que ça ne se fait pas ici, passons. Je vais donc m'installer à ma petite table, le resto est très sympa niveau déco mais asser bruyant malgré qu'il y avait peu de monde ce jour là. Le vigil est venu nettoyer les tables à côté de moi en ne faisant même pas attention à son Spray qui allait en ma direction et je me sentais observée il était tous le temps là alors que le resto était vrmt vide !!! La commande a été asser rapide j'apprécie cela. Cependant, j'ai trouvé la pizza trop peu cuite à la limite molle, noyée dans le pesto, des tomates cerises alors que je n'aime pas ça et encore moins chaude 🫤( j'en ai jamais dessus) peu de sauce tomate et le goût était bizarre, les bords étaient épais. Niveau dessert j'ai pris le tirmaisu caramel avec des framboises dessus il était très bon mais bcp trop sucré j'avais l'impression de manger des cuillères de sucre. Je me suis sentie lourde et ballonnée après le repas. Peut être que je n'ai pas eu de chance. Je n'en veux pas à l'enseigne et je continuerai d'y aller mais dans ma ville !

Super nice staff, friendly in the right way and super helpful ! A brand new location for this very good IT Italy restaurant chain ! What a journey from the Bibliothèque François Mitterand openings some times ago ! Food is as per usual very tasty ! Here a tiramisu and a coffee !!!! My ne place to go when in Garde du Nord neighbourhood 🍕☕️

My wife and I just visited and dined at the Italian Trattoria Grae Du Nord with having great experiences this afternoon. The environment was good, the service was good, and the food was delicious. Everything was just so good, especially many thanks to the excellent services provided by KALILOU, he guided us on how to order the food with the machine, how to make use of the beeper and also walked us to the food collection stations! Absolute garbage food. Ordered the Polla Pasta. The chicken tasted like frozen chicken and was served diced into tiny pieces. I had about 4-5 pieces. The waiter who brought our drinks gripped my wine around the top of the wine glass - not by the stem. He plopped our drinks down without a word, didn’t acknowledge us when we said thank you. My husband’s salad was wilted and the tomatoes old. The smell of the toilets was putrid around the till area.
