Avoid it. Down the street you have Chez Hanna. Mid day, place was 2/3 empty. I and my two kids 5 & 7 were offered to seat down. I ordered falafel pita with a drink. Waiter wasn’t satisfied and was aggressively pointing at the kid and asking maybe French fries for them or anything else. Essentially acting surprised that only 1 order and 3 humans. In the meanwhile my 7 year old went to the washroom. 3 min later - waiter comes back and aggressively starts saying that I need to order more because I am with 2 kids and cannot be one order. Says he will put a French fries order (said “good for kids”). Rather obnoxious behaviour. Then said we cannot eat seat at the table with my order. I wished him “Bon appetite” and walked out without waiting for my food. The waiter then tried to chase me saying my kid needs to pay for the washroom… Don’t remember the last time some place had a worse experience. Walked 50 steps, Chez Hanna has great falafels, I placed the identical order. the person in the window offered free samplers for my kids. What a difference I rarely or never write reviews but this was important to mention so others save...
Read moreI don't give negative reviews often, but these people deserve it. I was NEVER disrespected as much as I was today. I arrived at the restaurant with a friend who is here as a tourist. He wanted to check something online and asked if he could have access to the wifi. The waiter very rudely told him to order first. He then started to waive his hands at him and told him there was no wifi for people like us.. Thing is, if he just explained respectfully that people usually take the wifi passwords and leave without ordering we would have understood. But his erratic behaviour and absolute rudeness made us ask for the manager who visibly has never been thought what "customer service" was. He didn't even apologize for the waiter's rudeness and sided with him saying he is sick of people using his restaurant for their personal use. Therefore, this is a place I'd never set...
Read morePathetic ! Went there with a group of friends, initially wanted to try L'as du Fallafel but since it was closed, the servers asked us to come and try Fallafels at their restaurant.
Upon going dere, came to know you coudn't order just a Fallafel, you need to order the complete plate , which starts from 11 Euros !
We 3 ordered the plates, the servers were not cool at all upon finding that we are not taking the big/heavy/costly plates ! Moreover, we ordered just the normal water and the way he left the water bottel on the table was more like he is giving us food for free!
Bref.. the plates with 11 euros arrives .. a little quantity of white creamy sauce( Humoos) along with 4-5 chickpeas balls ! thats all!! I mean 11 euros for this !!
I don't recommend this place at all ! Better go with a take away than wasting your...
