La Perla Bar • Paris, cocktails bar Paris, Tequila Bar — Restaurant in Paris

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. Despite the advertised 2am closing time, the staff started rushing everyone out by presenting the bill to the tables, including ours, at 11:50pm. While there were still several tables occupied, the staff began packing up in a manner that was not only loud but also ruined the atmosphere. Their attitude was unwelcoming, making us feel hurried in an environment that should have been relaxed. We might have stayed for another round of their average margaritas, but receiving the bill without requesting it was off-putting. This visit was a letdown for our Paris night out, and I won't be returning.

Upon rereading my review, I noticed that the bar's closing time on Google was listed as 1am, not 2am as I initially thought. However, this doesn't change the fact that they still closed an hour earlier...

I’m sad to say that I am disappointed because I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’m hoping this will inspire a change. The plates were all prepared in advance and microwaved. The Huevos rancheros were not at all recognizable because they were coated in a thick layer of French cheese. The eggs were microwaved and rubbery. The beans were dry and tasted old and also coated in French cheese. Huevos rancheros is an easy dish and I hope they change it soon to reflect a more authentic breakfast/brunch dish.

The staff were nice and attentive and understood when we cancelled our order.

If I could put "zero", I would do it. The food was not even average but absurdly expensive. They didn't accept to remove the meat of the dish (I am vegetarian) and it was not even mixed with something else. My only option was to take a "tortilla" with cheese, really mediocre taste and too expensive. 6-8 euros pour one piece of cheese without Anything special? The cafe gourmet was also ridiculously expensive and small... The smallest one that I have tried. At the end, I paid 20€ for nothing, I had to go out and take a real lunch because the portions were too too small... I would never come back and I don't recommend...
