I live across the bridge and I have been going since they first opened. Boulanger de la Tour brought a new level of excellence to the neighborhood that had competitive boulangeries repainting their facades and racing to catch up. They can not. The top quality ingredients and finesse of the chefs is unbeatable. Prices may be a tad higher than the competition but definitely lower than competitors in their rank. They have a big variety of products on offer and they keep innovating. Plus they are open DAILY and close late. A wonderful addition to the quartier. 👏👏👏...

Definitely one of the best bakeries in Paris. The best chausson de pomme I ever had, because their puff pastry is one of the best I've tasted in Paris. There bread is great, too and their pastries are cheaper than any other famous pastry in Paris.
