I was skeptical with the reviews, but what can I say, this place makes a delicious burger. The bun is freshly made in the morning, if you get there before they open, you can see them putting the egg wash on the dough.

They don’t open exactly at noon, they opened around 12:15, but they were completely full by 12:30, so you need to be there early or line up.

Burger patties are usually cooked to the more rare side in Paris, so a medium is closer to a medium rare, seemingly the opposite of North America, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Every time I’m in Paris, Le Burger Fermier des Enfants Rouges is an absolute must! Their burgers are simply incredible. The bread is homemade and absolutely delicious, the meat is packed with flavor, but the real highlight is the cheese.

They offer a wide selection of cheeses, so you can customize your burger to perfection. The cider cheese is hands down the best – it’s absolutely divine! The rich, creamy taste takes the whole experience to another level.

I wasn't too impressed with this burger shop because it has so many great reviews. I ordered a medium cheeseburger with cheddar cheese. When I took my first bite it was rare. The flavours were not balanced. The pickle needed more acidity to cut through this burger which was dripping with grease. The bun was house made (presumably brioche?) and was just too dense for a burger this fatty. Too much cheese as well. The chips were unseasoned and bland.
