Came here for dinner. When we arrived it was pretty empty but it quickly filled up and had a lively atmosphere. Tuna tartare was excellent, main meal OK if not outstanding and the cheese board also good. While overall our meal was perfectly fine, it was not maybe as wonderful as the reviews suggest. The prices were reasonable (at least for the food) and I can see why it is popular, but for me at least it fell slightly short of what I had expected. Maybe it is just an age thing, looking around I could see I was the oldest customer! The waiting staff were efficient and friendly, and the place is very welcoming and not at all stuffy, but for me they seemed a bit too casual. Being picky, little things could have been done better, for example, I think the Onglet steak should have been sliced before serving, the potatoes were uneven, sauce tasted suspiciously like it came from an Ikea packet. These are just personnel opinions and I am certainly not complaining, like I say, it was a nice meal, but with a bit more refinement this would have...

A nice little French restaurant. Have the outside seating area, but too bad it’s raining today so I had to sit inside. Still able to enjoy the outside Paris street view though. The environment is quite nice, I like the decoration of the restaurant. The mirrors on the wall seems like the ones got from the flea market. But it fits the entire restaurant perfectly well. Ordered the rose wine to combine with the fish filet entree. The wine it self is pretty good. But there’s no flavor inside the fish. Just a simple fried fish. The good thing is the sauce tastes pretty good. It’s an awesome dish if you dip the fish filet into the sauce. But when all of the sauces are gone, the fish is too plain to eat anymore. Worth the price and the trip, but...

This restaurant was not on our list to visit this trip, BUT was a favorite! It was right down the street from our hotel and we're so glad we visited this jewel of an eating establishment tucked away on this quiet street. The food was wonderful, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the ambience was lovely. They have opened a second space called Petite Chardon that I look forward to visiting next trip. Truly one of our favorite experiences ❤️
