I stayed here and the room was very hot and advertised to have air conditioning but they refused to turn it on as it was colder outside. But there was no window going to outside in our room, only into their heated courtyard. The bathroom had black mould, the carpets had gunk on them, not even stains but actual chunks of something that I stepped in. When we asked for a room change they said they were unable to promise anything as they were booked out and we would have to wait until late the next day in a hot and uncomfortable room. The wifi was terrible, when we mentioned we didn’t get wifi in our room as it kept cutting out which we needed for work, they said to use mobile data which we did and it was even worse and we couldn’t even make phone calls without walking into the courtyard. The staff were very very dismissive of issues until we spoke with Joshua when we left after being there for 2 hours and booked another hotel which was around the same price and infinitely better. Staff will try and downplay everything but we got proof of it all as shown in the videos and photos in this review. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in my 3 months of travelling Europe, even in hotels a quarter of the cost. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the ground floor rooms, or this hotel at all due to the staff being unhelpful with issues and are now refusing to refund any money.

The hotel is great for location, easily accessible to the train station and metro. There are many interesting shops and restaurants around. The room and bathrooms are clean. The first person for reception was really great and friendly. Introduced me to local restaurants which I loved. The others are not so friendly. Since my room was facing the inner court, it can be really noisy in the morning and late at night. I really do not like how one of the receptionist kept having phone calls on speakers till late at night. It forced me to close the window which made it stuffy. It was a good price for the location.

Rooms could have been bigger. I know that it's Paris but for three person room, very little room to move after keeping luggage. Location is the biggest advantage in this hotel. Many metro stations, eating options, drinks place, fast foods, park, nice environment even after midnight. Overall the location and the environment is very good. Nice option to stay in Paris if you are not going to spend much time in the room.

I stayed at this hotel with 5 other people for 4 nights, via reservations made through Expedia. I've also extensively researched online reviews of this hotel and have come to the following conclusion. If you expect to need any accommodations, for any reason, do NOT stay at this hotel.

A few reviews mention the unprofessional desk clerk during day time /early hours. We had the same experience, when dealing with Rita. She provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, ever. And I have traveled extensively for over 30 years, on personal travel and as a member of the US military.

The day manager does not represent Paris or her country in a positive manner. This was extremely unfortunate as it was my daughter's first experience in Paris. That being said, if you only dealt with employees after hours, you may have received excellent service from either Alfredo or Francois. They are pleasant and provide great support. However, after seeing how this establishment is run beyond the very basics, and how management treats both employees and customers I warn you to go elsewhere.

We booked 2 triple rooms for 6 people, and were given 4 double rooms (which equals EIGHT people). The hotel wrongly represented the rooms to Expedia, and resulted in us having to pay for a 4th room we never even used. Furthermore, they also rented the extra room to other travelers, doubling the fare. The manager told us that we would be provided breakfast instead, but that in NO WAY equates to the same value for even half the fare. When explaining that to her, she refused to listen to us, then went out of her way to be extremely unpleasant for the remainder of our stay.

When addressing our concerns with Expedia, I found the manager had already called and provided misleading information. This lack of integrity greatly concerns me, well beyond negative customer service. After further discussion with Expedia, I was assured they would be forwarding my complaint to their quality department for further action. In the meantime, I am sharing my review to ensure other travelers are not put in the same positon we...

The staff are rude, ignorant, accusatory and under no circumstance will they ever apologise for their wrongdoing. They put me in a premium deluxe room instead of standard deluxe for a week but when they realised it was fashion week and could potentially make more money for the room I was in, they broke into my room whilst I was at work, packed my things, put them in plastic bags and left them in another room. They took black and white pictures of my items which I couldn't tell apart from the images and after unpacking everything they had moved, I noticed they had taken a small bit of cash, all of my smokes and forgot to pack my wash kit which was later thrown away by the cleaner meaning I had to replace all of my toiletries at my own expense. Breaking and entering without an emergency is actually illegal - but the manager said he could do what he wanted as it was his hotel. They had lied and told me they had to do this because an important client was waiting to take the room but on two occasions last night they let me visit the room to try and retrieve the things I couldn't find and on both occasions - NOBODY WAS RENTING THE ROOM! They basically acted illegally and invaded my personal space in the hope of being able to take full price for a deluxe room when they decent thing to do would have been to call me or at least wait until I returned so they can advise me and ask me to move - what's worse is nobody said sorry and nobody took responsibility for my missing things - I was actually told nothing was missing and I was a liar. I am now taking up the matter with local police What is worse is the rooms are dusty they air con spits out fluff and the bed and towels have the hairs of the cleaner / previous resident...
