I visited a few restaurants in Paris, but this one definitely impressed me the most. I ordered something simple, a 4€ salami sandwich and a coffee with milk. I was not disappointed. Not only was the sandwich larger than I expected at the price point, but the taste was fantastic! The salami was some of the best I have ever had and the bread was a lovely chewy but crisp bite, with the perfect amount of butter. The coffee was great too. Thanks to the staff, who was very nice. I can't speak French, but my love was there to do the talking. Great place.

We definitely had a fun time here. Most of the clients seemed to be locals but they were friendly towards tourists and the menu was in both English and French. Very cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious. They also have AAAAA Andouillette de Troyes which was delicious, we also enjoyed St.jackobs clams that were served with cream sauce and baked tomatoes - great! It was not 'fine dining', rather very tasty french comfort food and that was ok, also it was just relaxed and welcoming

Please pay great attention to the prices in this establishment. Tell them to bring you free water, not just say that you need water, in this case they will bring you water for 5 €. Also please pay attention to the prices as the coffee in this place costs 5,6 € and the coffee was watery, not concentrated not the best quality.Nearby there is a cafe NOIR in which the quality of coffee is better and cheaper. It was extremely unpleasant to pay 16,5 € for coffee and water.

You would think that any cafe in Paris would be worth a visit. Not this one. I wish that I had read the reviews beforehand. I think our server may have been the owner or manager. He was polite and friendly. We were seated outside and I saw him leave the restaurant and come back with a bag. He then went straight to a counter and cut up a baguette without washing his hands then served it to us. Our steaks were cooked medium as requested but were like leather. We only took a few bites of the meat. He then came over and asked in a sugary sweet tone if I wanted to take my meal home. I give people the benefit of the doubt but after thinking about it I feel like he was being sarcastic. The restroom was disgusting. Floors were wet (not because of the sink) and no toilet paper (ALWAYS travel with tissues!). I've been to Paris twice and this is my only bad experience. It could have been worse but it certainly could have been better. Please don't waste a meal in Paris here. Side note: the bakery across the street...

Do NOT come here. Menu prices were completely different to what we paid. A breakfast deal of 8.50€ pp (coffee, juice, croissant, toast) became 55€ for 4 of us because none of our coffees were included and the orange juice we had was ‘special’, however there was no disclaimer when ordering. Owner was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked. Clearly not tourist friendly. Menu has no description of food, someone In France for the first time would have no idea what they’re getting. Poached eggs are actually poached eggs in a strong red wine soup. Waiter took the order, left and came with two dishes then continued taking the order so food was not in sync whatsoever. Absolute waste of a meal. You’re much better off walking 3 mins up the road to a lovely street of great cafes and...

We walked in off the Metro intending to have a meal. We sat at a window table that was vacant but had not yet been cleaned. The woman behind the bar said something in French that we did not understand but was not pleasant so we changed tables. I motioned to her after that and she nodded. We sat there for several minutes during which time a group of 2 women entered and took a table and a man arrived at the bar. Both were warmly welcomed. The woman behind the bar went over to the table of 2 and took their order and went back to the bar. She never approached us. We left. This was thankfully the only negative experience we had during our...
