Pros: The food was good.
Cons: We had a friend join us 10mn before we left as they missed dinner. We asked for a plate so she can pick and choose on what was on the table as we got ready to leave. The waiter asked if we’d have some raclette, we said a little but they could turn off the machine. I personally told the waiter just to be clear we are not ordering a 3rd raclette, we’ll just shared what we already ordered. They smiled and nodded and said yes they can do that. Then they showed up with extra charcuterie to go with the « extra » raclette at 29€ we « ordered ». We were perplexed. We had plenty of food on the table, about to leave for a concert, so didn’t need more food. The waiter kept insisting. We reiterated we did NOT order that extra raclette nor the extra charcuterie so they can’t show up and force us to have it on the table so they can charge us. They finally walked away … and charged us a full extra share of raclette and charcuterie (not even a partial one) nonetheless.
All and all - we ate well but that dishonest and forceful sales tactic ruined...

Sharing a raclette cheese for 4 people leaves you with a bill of 33€ PER PERSON. The only thing you have besides the cheese are potatoes, bread, pickles & a little board with cold cuts... For that price, it's really better to go to some qualitative French restaurant, where you would get a delicious main for 33€. And yup, the cheese was fine, but you can only eat that much of it before it just gets too much 🤷🏻♀️ On top of that, the reservation system isn't customer friendly at all, for the first night, we reserved a table for 4 & only got a notification 5h before dinner that they wouldn't be able to accept us 🙄 We finally got a table the night after but were placed in the cellar, so if you're a bit claustrophobic, you'd be in trouble 😉 All in all, the atmosphere down there wasn't that great and I won't be coming back here...
Read moreA very good restaurant. I came here to taste Raclette and Fondue and I was pleasantly impressed by the taste and service. Fondue was from 23 euros per person (minimum two people must be to place an order) and Raclette from 29 euros I think (also, two people must order). Raclette comes with a bowl of mashed potatoes and half a wheel of cheese, salad, meat platter, pickled cucumbers and this is ALL YOU CAN EAT and they bring it to your table if you finish something (except the meat platter) but I guarantee that it is enough as much as I bring the first time. Fondue comes with a basket of garlic bread and a bowl of melted cheese and for 8.5 euros you can get a meat platter. Lava cake was really good and the chicken burger looked super good and came with potatoes and sauce. The staff is friendly and they arranged a larger table for us because they didn't have one big enough for us. I highly recommend this restaurant to try these...
