Lovely staff that speak English but the food was the star! We had the mackerel entree and the shrimp ceviche entree. Both were delicious but the multitude of flavors in the shrimp were wonderful, cilantro, pasties gelee, melon, fennel and grapefruit vinaigrette. Absolutely spectacular. For my plat I had the Iberian pork with pumpkin purée, sweet potato and sauce bleu. It was perfectly cooked and the pumpkin and potato went well with it. The sauce bleu set it off perfectly. My husband had the terbot roti with cauliflower, dried tomato and brown butter with capers. Still not sure what we got for dessert, google translate said it was a floating island with matcha custard and figs poached in red wind. The island seemed like it was almost a marshmallow but not as sweet. Very nice ending to a wonderful meal. (So excited when the meal arrived I forgot to...

Eye-catching red facade. Interior with lots of character and efficient, smiling, dynamic service. Reasonably priced menu. Roasted quail (caille rôtie) on a bed of lentils and mushrooms was very good. Selection of cheese was generous (some good and some a little tired). The wine selection was disappointing. All the wines available by the glass were natural. “Bien sûr” as the waiter enthusiastically pointed out. I tried three and they were all faulty. Two were undrinkable. So if you are thinking of having a sound glass of wine to accompany dinner, search further, or perhaps settle for beer. Of course if you’re a fan of natural wines, this resto with character would be an...

Im a student so im not use to fine dinning. So imagine my chock when they served me a minuscule amount of food for a very expensive 25€. The food was good but the selection was very limited so my friend with allergies was force to eat something she didn’t want cuz it was the only thing she could eat. The food itself was good but so little it was almost comical. For the amount of food you would expect it to come fast but it didn’t, we waited for so long for 3 scoops of panacota. We were also very crammed sitted elbow to elbow in a restaurant that was empty. So yeah good but...

I’d rate this restaurant 3.5 stars over 5. We shared one starter : - Terrine de campagne > 0 taste, you just feel the pepper on top. Don’t try it. - I got the beef with a risotto of celery and this was really good ! I was unsure before ordering it but I was a positive surprise. The beef was tender and the celery risotto was creamy. - my husband got the lamb with mashed chickpeas and it was good, the lamb was well cooked. Manager was in a rush so it was a bit “stressful”. Overall : Nothing exceptional.
