Ma Cachette — Restaurant in Paris

Wonderful experience. A meal is about so much more than simply what you eat. A jet-lagged family of four, we found the waiter and chef extremely welcoming and warm. These two were perfect ambassadors to their city. The setting is as charming as the staff. Took the time to help us with allergy restrictions and dietary preferences. The escargot was as tender and full of flavor as anyone could with and the chorizo soup was creamy and indulgent without being overbearing. The vegetarian potato,aubergine and parmesan “mille-feuille” was beautiful and full of deep flavor. I’m told the vegetable risotto was excellent, but my son ate it before I could get a good look at it! The sauce on the pork dish was complex without overpowering the meat, and we were all fighting over the roast carrots and cauliflower that came with it. We ate more than we should have by that point, but couldn’t leave without trying the dessert sampler and coffee. It was the perfect end....

Very good place. Dish of the day very-very reasonable and very reasonable price !! However the mousse (that is delicious) is too much haha and a bit too expensive (13€).
