New Delhi Palace — Restaurant in Paris

‏Hello ‏Unfortunately I didn't get to eat at the restaurant, I sat there but got up and left ‏The service was beyond criticism ‏I'm a vegan, I read a good review and a recommendation for vegans on the Fork website, ‏The waiter was very rude. ‏He brought me a condiment to the table and didn't even bother to ‏point out that it was yogurt

The pita naan He Said it was with an egg I asked for any other pita said no There is only rice I asked the other waiter who was very nice, a hardworking guy with glasses, he told me there is vegan naan So the other argued with him Then he told me I had to wait fifteen minutes I said ok I will wait So he got angry with me and told me how dare I approach another waiter and ask And that it's wrong that I did it.... You probably got confused but I don't work for you... I'm a customer at a restaurant where you give very bad service!! I asked where the owner of the restaurant was and he said he was not there I left the restaurant

I will not go back there unfortunately Although the food smelled good I didn't get to stay there And there is no way I can eat at a place with such...

For the most part it is very good. The nan is super puffy, the tandoori chicken and saag paneer was very flavorful, and I applaud them for serving the Chai not mixing the sugar, serving it on the side instead, and you will see that they putting spices in the tea- see the cardamons and cinnamon in the picture!

The bathroom is clean is also a plus!

The only thing I wish different was the €5 nan raclette has more cheese ( I guess maybe it melt so much during cooking that it looks like only has mostly butter and tinny tiny little bit cheese. The Saag paneer I wish they would have out chunky India cottage cheese ( chunky tofu texture like cheese) in it instead of the very few bits we see in our dish.

Will not hesitate to go back to experience the 5...

Its a fraud. No wonder only one of tables was occupied. We ordered palak paneer, they served only palak. When asked about it, waiter replied this is all you find in paris, paneer is served in delhi. We had ordered garlic naan, and were served tandoori roti. We ordered alcohol free ginger beer, and were served sweet lime water. They all serve rice plate with vegetables in europe, but not here. And its 60% more expense than better rated restaurants. They lie blatantly. I didnt wish to write this review but its for New Delhi Palace to improve. Alas they were empty in front of Gare Du Nord.
