This is not an authentic Korean restaurant, as it is run by Chinese people. Of course, Chinese people could also provide an authentic Korean cuisine experience, but the Chinese menus as well as some non-Korean dishes acted as too much of a disillusionment. The food itself is not necessarily bad, just nothing special and not worth the price, but the lack of communication (coming to our table to cut our meat with scissors without telling us anything) as well as the rushing of the waiters (who hold dangerous amount of dishes and plates while rushing from one place to the other, thereby in my opinion neglecting the safety of the customers as well as their own) made it an unpleasant experience. What triggered me the most, was the fact that a waiter turned off our fire for the Korean barbecue while we were still grilling meat, without saying a word, and it took us a long time before another waiter came to help us. Unfortunately, this waiter but the gas on without a fire, and left just like that. When we finally caught the attention from another waiter after waving our hands for at least 10 minutes, she definitely saw what was wrong as she quietly but quickly turned on the fire. Altogether, I would not recommend this restaurant, as it feels more like a fast-food kind of experience and the attitude of the waiters deserve significant...

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! DON'T GO THERE!!

Food was very bad! Bad quality of meat and bad taste. Just a Chinese owned restaurant that have no idea what Korean cuisine is.

POOR SERVICE!!!!! We came with a reservation but we waited for 15 minutes for the table, while none of the servers respond to our questions about our booking.

TWO SERVERS DROPPED OUR FOOD IN FRONT OF US during our dinner! One waitress flipped our big water bottle on the floor, water splashed everywhere but she didn't even apologise; and the other waiter dropped a full tray of our small dishes, soup and rice on the floor, also without saying sorry!! Food was splashed on my legs and everyone in the restaurant was looking at us. BUT STILL NO SERVER OR THE OWNERS SAY SORRY TO US.

During the dinner the owner kept disturbing us by forcing us to put all meat in the bbq when we told him we wanted to take our time and wanted to do it ourselves. He came to divide our leftover kimchi pancake into our own plates without asking, and while he was doing that he dropped our food on the table and acted like nothing happened!

It seems like basic politeness and service does not exist in this restaurant. During the night we have seen multiple times that the owners tried to make customers leave as fast as they can.

I am still in shock about...

So disappointed. we came in and ordered before 3 other tables next to us but got to eat well after them, when I asked, the waitress rudely said “their orders were entrées so faster to do” but we had entrees too?! She could have replied in a more friendly way… After, no one seemed to be interested in cooking the meat for us, so okay we did it ourselves otherwise we would have to waif forever. Some slices of the meat were still half frozen, the “spicy sauce” was weird, it was like chinese chilli oil…the oysters in the salad had the “fridge taste”. Asked for vinegar and mustard for the cold noodles but they don’t even have it??? The entrecôte beef was dry and the seasoning that mixed in with it was salty and weird (never seen that in a korean bbq). Customer service was unbelievable, asked they to cut the meat but they turned off the stove?! then said “oh you should have called us to cook the meat for you, if we are busy, call us again”, seriously you should pay attention to your customer at least. There were 2 girls who were friendly, spoke well french and knew how to serve but the rest was really unbelievable. I would not come...

I had the pleasure of dining at this Korean BBQ restaurant in Paris and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The menu offered a wide range of options for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. The meat was of high quality and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were also very flavorful and complemented the main course nicely. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and they made sure that we had a great dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a night out with friends or a special occasion. Overall, I would highly recommend this Korean BBQ restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and great service in Paris. It's definitely worth a visit!
