Disappointing. The atmosphere and staff were great but the food was a bit bland and expensive in my mind. Being only 1 person I only had 2 dishes (chicken larb and chicken / garlic stirfry) so may have picked badly but having visited Thailand several times and been to many Thai restaurants in England, I found this to be very boring. Larb seemed to have all the right fresh ingredients (ground chicken, ground dry sticky rice, shallot, etc) but absolutely no dressing (fish sauce / lime juice) and no chilli so completely lacked the essential flavours of the dish. The stirfry was equally bland, sickly sweet with no spice. €6.50 for a small bottle of beer (only 1 choice) is a rip off even for Paris. Like I say, could have been so much better with a bit more...
Read moreWhat a great find in Paris. We were looking for fresh tasty food at a reasonable price and we stumbled across this gem as we walked down a street busy with restaurants. We are so delighted we walked in and had their very well priced lunch special. The food was absolutely delicious and the serves so generous. The staff are incredibly friendly especially Theo who made us feel so welcome. As Australian’s we travel to Thailand a lot so found Pad Thai very authentic. Have included some photos of...
Read more🇬🇧Went in spontaneously and were not disappointed. We are on vegetarian diet so we only could choose from two dishes: Curry (red) and Pad Thai, so we ordered those. Decent vegetarian Pad Thai and good, bit spicy curry! The food and two cokes - summed up to 39,50 - Which was more than what was stated on the menu outside and by the waitress (veg pad Thai 12 eur and 15 eur curry). Btw: You pay the rice for the curry extra (3€). Also while the waiters/owners where friendly and really engaged (even communicating in english since we were a bit struggling ordering in french), the atmosphere was just a bit too quiet.
Sum up: If you are in the mood for Thai food, you can in our opinion, go here and have a decent and well prepared lunch/dinner near the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.
