How can you create a second queue when selling coffee in a busy train station right at the platforms where everyone is in a hurry to catch a train?? There were two queues and two servers behind the counter. So I chose the shorter queue and I queued. I ordered. I paid. 3⏠for a noisette, which is a lot, but okay, Paris train station. Then I was given a receipt and told to pick up my coffee âover thereâ. Which turned out to be the second queue. I tried waiting a bit, did the math and saw no way of catching my TGV which was waiting five metres away. I gave away the receipt to some happy person in the first queue and ran for it. Not cool. You have two people working. You have a coffee machine with three slots. Why on Earth donât you work in parallel and serve people right away, also saving on bureaucracy.    Read moreYesterday (11.06.19) morning got hair in their food in gar de Lyon station .Interesting part is that when I show the attendant ( a young blonde girl) the hair in the food she hurriedly take out the hair and through it to the ground and getting service to other customers. I was surprised as she ignore me completely as is nothing happened. Then I queried about what is going on she ignored me again and told me she has nothing to do with it. Then I asked her she should tell me in the 1st place and why she kept me waiting and why she through away the hair.
