Food is tasty. Certain dishes are particularly good, like the tamago and the buta. The tako is surprisingly tender.

Prices are on the high side.

Staff is friendly but really disorganised. Despite having made a reservation, for 2 pax, early in the evening, we were asked to change table a while after we were already seated. Or requested to finish our meal within an hour because other guests were coming 1 hour later and the staff hadn't thought through properly about seating arrangements (the place is really tiny). Turned out we didn't have to do that (another table had freed itself in the meantime) but quite unpleasant experience to begin with. We almost just left. Glad we didn't, but i strongly suggest to manage your bookings and seating plan better since clearly you are trying to maximise...

To say this place was a disappointment is an understatement. While the online reviews, vibe, wine list and staff are nice (although they show wrong prices on their menu and will still insist you pay a higher price…)

The food is genuinely bad (alternating between over salty, sweet or bland) and overpriced. Just as an example their 12€ kaarage , which is too salty, will get you 4 tiny dry chicken pieces that are closer to Uncle Sam’s KFC than anything to ever emerge from the land of the rising sun.

PS : If you don’t believe me, scroll downwards and see how the owner reacts to negative reviews and criticism, that should give you an idea of who you are...

Amazing restaurant! The waitress was incredibly sweet and made us feel so at home, thank you so much Jennifer. The cocktails we tried (Tokyo Spring and a Gin Tonic) were great, and the food was simply delicious. A lot of japanese tapas that you don't necessarily see elsewhere with interesting propositions (like salsifis et foie de volaille). You can feel the care and attention put into the dishes and how fresh the products are. The place itself is small and crowded but you can book in advance and the waitress will accommodate you as best as she can. It can be a bit too noisy but the food and service are worth a little noise in my opinion. Definitely...

Absolutely loved it. Not the usual Japanese dishes you can find everywhere else in Paris. Interesting and tasty tapas to share, every bite is a little surprise. Took me back to Tokyo street food for a sec :) Nice service, prices are reasonable. Must try : rice ball, tofu 4 stars only because half of the menu was not available anymore at 9:30pm and they delivered 1/3 portions of one of the dishes that we picked. Warmly recommend 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
