French Kiss Paris Restaurant Porte de Versailles — Restaurant in Boulogne-Billancourt

Never before i have experienced that bad service as in this restaurant. We had to wait for our table for 1h even we had our reservation. Drinks took 45min to arrive and when they did, not all of us received their drinks. Finally we got the table and after placing the order we was informed that the kitchen is closing so they had to bring starters and mains at the same time. We agreed to it in good will, however we was very surprised to receive only half of the dishes with no bread, water , wine or cocktails served !!!! One of our friends asked for a water and he was told he needs to wait! So we finished our dishes without single drop of water or wine. Cocktails arrived 2 h after we was seated and no one was interested in drinking them anymore! The manager of the restaurant was super aggressive grabbing hands of my friends when they made complaint about the quality of food. At the cash he became even more aggressive. At the level I never seen before in my life in any restaurant. He spoke very badly to 2 of my friends making racist comments and acting like on influence of something. He refused to take off the bill the dishes that never arrived, wine we never ordered or cocktails which arrived 2h late. When my friend said that we will not pay this bill he threatened us with Police! Can you imagine???! What a show ! Please do...

It’s a shame that everything else is bad, as the food is actually okay.

The service was chaotic from the moment we walked into the building. I feel sorry for the waiters as they get different direction from different managers. One of the staff took a plate from my boyfriend as he was still eating. Nobody actually offered us dessert, and staff seemed preoccupied with throwing the food over each other than serving us! We waited over an hour for food and the waiter forgot our order and tried to serve us a burger..

It’s loud and noisy and not a chic ambiance. If you’re looking for a cheap diner style place dressed up as a nice bar/resto - this is it!

The male server (presumably a manager as not in uniform) was very unprofessional. All other staff claimed people could only sit down with food and a drink, but then led a huge group of men to only drink at our tables with us. The men were loud, banging the table whilst we were eating and being disrespectful. The manager allowed them to sit there and contradicted the female manager who was trying her best.

The venue and food has potential but the service was so horrible we will never go back. A real shame and lesson in the difference service and ambiance. Please don’t go here for...

The food that arrived after 50 minutes was great but the staff members were lacking basic etiquette. One of the waiters was serving with their vape in their hand, the bar man was coughing while preparing the drinks, our waiter barely spoke English (the restaurant belongs to a hotel so they should be prepared to have international guests), therefore he could not explain the menu.

Instead of a restaurant it feels like a pub. There is a table football in the middle, so good luck enjoying your dinner with people playing next to your table. When we asked to be seated elsewhere, they seemed to have been used to it, so it raises the question of why are those tables even used.

Additional: the restaurant is also the breakfast area for the hotel. The opening time is at 07:00. At 07:15 the doors were still closed and guests are just left waiting at the corridor without information. Apparently it was because the staff were late to arrive (saw them arriving at 07:10).
