The best beef pho in my life 100% sure (certified by me who have eaten more than 50 bowls of pho in Asia)

The beef is incredibly soft and tender, perfectly cooked at pinky rare (if you don't like rare, just dip it into the hot broth and it shall be medium~well done) The texture of beef is just PERFECT, and with freshness and umami from the meat. Super high quality. The broth, rice noodles and sides are also just fine. Noodles taste fresh, and the meat balls are also flavourful and meaty.

Plus, this place is super home-feeling. The owners are very warm, very hospitable. 100% worth the visit!

€12 for a bowl, super affordable...

I had not read the ratings before eating here but I just saw someone say that this was the best Pho they ever had and I will hands down concur with them that this is the best Pho I have had in Paris. The service is attentive and fast… we had the Loc Lac and that was also extremely tasty. The rates are correct and although the decor is simple, it is clean and pleasant. I never thought I would meet a veggie fried dish that I couldn't eat but yet, here we are.

First, the good. The pho was delicious per one of our friends that selected it. It did look yummy.

Now let's move on to the sad, limp, & soggy mess impostoring as edible food. A more tasteless dish I have yet to experience than the dullards in front of me.
