PNY MARAIS BRETONNERIE — Restaurant in Paris

I had high hopes for PNY, but the service and management were a huge letdown. We were a group of six and ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for a table, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. After all that time, they split us into two tables (4 and 2 people), which felt completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, we were waiting for a table where the previous guests had already paid, yet they lingered, and the staff did nothing about it.

That being said, the food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. If only the service matched the quality of the food, this would have been a great experience. Unfortunately, the disorganization overshadowed the meal, and I’m not sure I’d come back despite how...

After quite an exhaustive bit of research into the best burger in Paris I settled on PNY as their menu looked incredible and it also catered to my son who has severe food allergies. Let me say right off the top, it was the correct decision. Without hyperbole it was the best burger experience I've ever had. The meat, or 'steak' as they call it, was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. The 'loaded fries' were insanely great with melted cheese that was, for once, REAL and so tasty. Yet best of all, they put together a meal for my son which ticked all of his allergy boxes and was delicious to boot. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will be back next time...

Lamentablemente he tenido que eliminar mi anterior reseña y no volveremos a este sitio. Ayer, decidimos ir una semana después para repetir la experiencia y esta vez ha sido horrible. El personal de sala era diferente equipo y el acogimiento no fue igual. Estábamos esperando fuera con varias personas y nos dijeron que no sería posible atendernos porque cerraban a las 23:00. Un grupo de 7 personas delante de nosotros se fueron y entonces quedaron 4 personas delante y nosotros tres, eran las 22:15 cuando había gente dentro terminando de cenar, y tras la acogida excelente del equipo de la semana pasada, puesto que nos ofrecieron la opción de llevar o cenar en barra y dijeron que hasta las 23:00 podíamos pedir y cenar tranquilamente porque todavía no cerraban y cenamos en la barra. Ayer lamentablemente insistimos para poder cenar porque teníamos hambre y quisimos compartir la experiencia de la semana pasada con nuestro hijo. Intentamos cenar en la barra que se quedó libre mientras esperábamos y nos dijeron que no era posible. Pedimos para llevar y fue un desastre, terminamos comiendo sentados en la calle unas hamburguesas y patatas horribles. Un bloque de carne reseca y fría y patatas blandas y aceitosas. Mi hamburguesa era sin queso por intolerancia y aunque no había queso sabía a queso y en las hamburguesas de mi hijo y mi pareja el queso era como una pasta rancia que les indispuso toda la noche. El equipo de cocina y sala de anoche no estaba a la altura del otro equipo de la semana pasada que fue excelente, sólo la chica que nos recibió fue amable, me consiguió un paracetamol para mi dolor de cabeza.
