Racina — Restaurant in Paris

We were the first ones there upon opening on a tuesday night. All of the workers and servers were so nice and helpful- you can tell they were a family. To be honest, I really wanted something besides french food after being here for almost a week.. i was craving italian food! I came here and was sooo pleasantly surprised. My partner and I experienced this restaurant on our last night in Paris... more than a year later we still talk about this dinner. The service was wonderful; the restaurant is run by a family, grandma was the chef the night we were there and her family waited on us. French was a second language for all of us, but we communicated just fine. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly (my favorite part was the pistachio cream sauce). Amazing pizza and excellent service! We were here with our 10 year old this evening. We all loved our food - husband got the calzone, son had the 4-cheese pizza, and I had the tartufata. We probably didn’t need 3 separate items, the pizzas are quite big, but we were starving after a long day of touristing. My husband and son split a cannoli for dessert, which they gave rave reviews.
